The PF is life and death itself, it affects all realities, creates and destroys universes and realities as we speak. The PF is infinite, and Wanda can only - at best - affect its hosts or the connection between PF and host.
For Wanda to destroy the PF is not only impossible, but is also destroying the fabric of life and death and existence in itself.

Jean was level omega before she got the Phoenix power. Wanda was level omega after she got the Chaos magic. If they just fight without killing each other, Wanda will win. But if they just fight until any of them die, Phoenix will win. Jean controls everything themselves, Wanda needs to use magic as medium. Jean can turn everything into dust just by using her mind. She doesn't even care about the quick silver's speed. Wanda needs to cast the spells. Wanda could probably become dust before she cast her spells. Of course like I said,if they just wanna fight without killing each other, Wanda would win.

Thanos used all 6 stones against thor and he overpowered it fairly easy. And as I recall thanos just slapped wanda and she was out for the entire fight.

She manipulated Visions stone in Civil War. If she could manipulate the mind stone, she could possible manipulate all the stones making her a bigger threat to Thanos.
Phoenix is the story of rebirth and always rising from the ashes. If Wanda killed Phoenix, Phoenix will always come back and be renowned. End of story.

Even if someone or something can defeat The Phoenix other than The Scarlett Witch, it will literally just be reborn again. And whenever Jean Grey dies, The Phoenix just revives her.

I think the above description says it all as far as the Phoenix is concerned. The Phoenix Force predates Darkness, which would apply to the Scarlet Witch and her chaos magic. The Scarlet Witch is powerful, but she is neither Immortal or indestructible. Hawkeye stopped her with one of his arrows, and War Machine stopped her with a Sonic Blast. As horrible as the Phoenix movie was, the Phoenix was literally stabbed in the heart from the back and came back from it like it was nothing. However in DR Strange and the Multiverse of Madness, we saw the Scarlet Witch destroy herself along with every Darkhold in the Multiverse, which goes back to my first point, the Phoenix Force is indestructible and immortal. The Scarlet witch and her chaos magic is not. This is based on the comic book version. However there has clearly been a decision made by the people producing the movies for the MCU to make Scarlet Witch appear more powerful, especially in this last Dr Strange Movie.

@@atreonmaster2967 Okay but hear me out, when Jean is about to take Wanda's life Vision comes FLYING towards Jean hitting her FAR away, then he picks up Wanda and flies away, Jean obviously made lets out a fraction of the Pheonix Force, so then a chase occurs was a Pheonix flies towards Wanda in quicksilver speed, but Wanda can sense this so she teleports behind the Phoenix and uses her Chaos magic (Chaos Magic is seen to ACTUALLY disturbs the Phoenix Force theorized on being one of its weaknesses) then the firey birds turns red and in an attempt to escape, it gets put out. Wanda and Vision relax for a split second until Jean comes and grabs Wanda and is about to disinergrate her unit Wanda wraps her arms around Jean and uses the Chaos Magic makingthe Phoenix Force scream then wacks Wanda to the floor Jean gets ready to unleash HELL upon Wanda until a POWERFUL attack is laid on Jean by Vision, out of anger, Jean lets out the Phoenix that DESTROIES Visions body, and then his head literally falls down on Wanda making her tear up, feeling like she has nothing to lose, she gives up all her magic which leads to her destroying multiple stars and moons together with solar systems and etc. finally giving up she separates her existence from the Scarlet Witch enterty which leaves a MASSIVE unbalanced multiversal threat where the TVA shows up only to be dusted together with any living matter, with all this energy, it destroies the Phoenix Force destorying EVERYTHING, even the Multiverse and Wanda, then Wanda is left crying and smiling thinking she will be with Vision until the One Above All shows up and seeing how corrupt everything is, resets the multiverse and this universe leaving neither the Scarlet Witch nor the Phoenix Force winning.
How about the white phoenix of the crown sure wanda can manipulate a whole town but the white phoenix can hold a whole universe in her hands
I think Jean Gray would win against Wanda pre Multiverse of Madness, after however, seeing how she could easily kill Mr. Fantastic, Blackbolt, Peggy Carter AND Captain Marvel, while simultaneously dream walking (which holds back her full power), really shows how powerful she is. Also, seeing how easily it was for her to kill Professor X, she definitely wins. Jean Gray is very durable and better at hand to hand combat, but considering The Scarlet Witch can enslave a whole town AND create the Vision from nothing. I mean come on, does creating a whole town from chaos magic not show how powerful she is. In the end, the Scarlet Witch has way too many hax up her sleeve for Jean to handle.

I think people sleep on how powerful Jean was pre Phoenix. I know these feats are old, but they are extremely impressive. Going back to X2 remember she anticipated, blocked and redirected full blasts from cyclops. I think she will see any Wanda attack coming b4 she launches them.
Much more impressive remember the 2 missiles the air force shot at the X Jet. They were coming from behind probably at hundreds of miles faster than the jet. Without even seeing them Jean used her power to redirect and explode one before losing focus.
And most impressive from X2 Jean anticipated the dam full of water had broken and was heading towards them. With an injured leg she help back the water while simultaneously lifting the jet out of ice, control every function of the jet stopping storm from opening it up, she cut off night crawlers powers to teleport to save her and spoke thru professor X ALL AT THE SAME TIME.
This is b4 the addition of the Phoenix Force. As the Phoenix I think with powers magnified to crazy levels I think she could easily top Wandas best feats against Thanos.
Jean Grey is indead powerful by herself but most of the over the top feats she has done have been while using the Phoenix force even if she herself dident know it. When she killed Apocalypse u can clearly se the phoenix force helping her and while she controlled the X jet and held back the water again u can se the phoenix flames helping her out in her eyes. Yes all of these feats was in movies that came out before they officialy confirmed that she had the phoenix force but the signs are there in all of the X-men movies that she clearly already have the phoenix force. She just dosent know it and have no ide how to control it. The psychic barriers that Professor X hade build up in Jean as a kid was supposed to isolate her from the Phoenix force. During the dam breaking scene the Phoenix broke free or Jean pushed herself to far and broke down the psychic barriers that kept her isolated from the Phoenix force. Now Jean has a massive power spike and a power that when she is pushed has no ide! how to control. Logan have no choice but to kill her and in the end even she herself begs him to do it as she has clearly lost all control. Even in the Dark Phoenix movie she have VERY limited control at best as she is forced to sacrifice herself rather then risk the lives of the other X-men.
This is 1 of those battles that would need some very clear rules around what constitutes a win. Both of them have the potential to "kill" the others body. While Scarlet Witch cant mend her body if it gets destroyed and that would kill her. The same is not true for the Phoenix. While the body of Jean Grey can technically be destroyed the Phoenix force on the other hand cant be. The Phoenix can reanimate Jean Greys body and have done so multiple times so is winning determined by permenantly dead? If so then the Phoenix cant lose. However if wining is just kill the others body then yeah Scarlet Witch atleast has a chans. Not a good 1 imo but atleast a chans as Jean Grey´s body most definatly can be destroyed. (atleast temporarily) But the title is "Scarlet Witch VS Dark Phoenix" not vs Jean Grey and as the Phoenix cant be killed the Phoenix just wins be default.
@@Shiftry87 the way they played it was that there was clearly some connection to the Phoenix in a heightened state when she took on Apocalypse and she was not aware of it. But what makes that impressive is that she was clearly not even close to truly being Phoenix. The real power did not engulf her into much later on. I wish in that movie they had spent some time starting with the accident and they the Xavier school that the Phoenix was watching over her and possibly there if Jean was in a situation needed it.

How would u even show that of in a movie without making Jean totally op. The MCU did it surprisingly well with Wanda introducing her as she was still learning to use her powers and she was still young and hade not hade any proper training so it worked. For Jean she is a grown adult and hade been learning to use her powers from a very young age by Charles so i cant imagen that would have worked for her.

I’m not sure how they could fully display the true power of the Phoenix force. I think they did an excellent job introducing and showing Wandas power level progression. I think FOX really missed a huge opportunity to do the same with Jean Phoenix. It will be interesting to see how this may be appreciated at some point in the MCU.

I know everyones got theyre side on who would win but the fact is Jean wins all day long while both characters could have single handedly stopped Thanos and his army. Phoenix is a cosmic force that exist in all realities it is one entity. Scarlet might be able to bend reality but only because the Phoenix allows it. The Phoenix Force is the sum of all life that has existed, does exist, or ever will exist on every universe or timeline.
All that said I love them both and they're two of my favorite female characters.

One could even say Phoenix is on the level of a wielder of the Infinity stones.

Jean Grey defeated Apocalyose without the Pheonix Force and utterly destroyed him (maybe?) with the Pheonix Force.
Thanos is one of the most powerful beings in the universe without the Infinity Stones. With the Infinity Stones, his power is virtually god-level.
Wanda was able to hold back Thanos (powered by 5 Infinity Stones) with *one hand* while destroying the Mind Stone with the other - both of which are near impossible feats.
As powerful as both ladies are, I do think the Pheonix Force is more powerful than Wanda's Chaos Magic and Jean is definitely more skilled in her power set than Wanda. That being said, I think Wanda is one of the few characters that could truly challenge Phoenix one-on-one. I think Phoenix wins 6 out of 10 times.

As far as telekinesis, you missed a couple of the major parts of the movie: the train scene and her battle against Magneto and Charles. She made Xavier walk and overpowered Magneto and almost pierced his eye with a staircase railing.
Wanda destroyed the entire world when magneto became obsessed with controlling mutants, by simply uttering the words “no more mutants”. She killed almost every mutant in the world. Wanda is not a mutant. She is a sorceress, and extremely powerful as she needs no spells. She put her father under control of abusing mutants, but because she’s crazy, she didn’t think her words would kill them.

This is a very tough fight to be fair but is jean really that strong? sure it's stated whatever the force touched it destroyed but who in the X-Men universe that's powerful actually touched it I mean who's to say apocalypse couldn't contain it he held off all the Xmen himself with ease. And Wanda isn't just some simple Xmen mutant which is why whenever the question of avengers vs Xmen people like beast cyclops nightcrawler etc they are none factors cause even people like black widow could take them pretty easily the Xmen are quite literally just fodder to the avengers in comparison whos to say hulk worthy cap iron man wouldn't be able to take it yet alone carol whos already survived a similar power or what about thor hell even dr stange might have a way of containing it shes also no durable in fact on feats alone wanda is more durable jeans only durability feat is when night crawl teleports her crashing into a whole in which sound-wise we can hear her grunting as if it hurts and who someone able to destroy a planet that's not a very good look so shes still mortal with a mortal body also now her speed isn't over wanda. In the most recent episode, wanda completely stops her son from moving at speed similar to quick silver with just her hands in seconds unlike phoenix who depends on telepathy so sorry but yet base on feat wanda would be faster if not just as fast now with all that said who do I think would win well simple I think wanda and for a good reason in a fight of telepathy which is what it boils down to phoenix actually needs to move things and sure wanda does also do that some times but wanda just does it she doesn't remove the wood from under quick silvers foot it simply just isn't there wanda is far more advance she can rewind fast forward and stop time itself I just don't see a way phoenix wins this she has no visual advantage while wanda does but that's just the way I see it

According to Marvel canon, not true. Jean Grey can control the powers that she has but cannot stop evolving to become all powerful. Wanda's power's are based on probability that her hexes/spells will or will not work. She is the least of the two to maintain control of their powers, because may her hexes work and she wipes out all of her kind (the mutants) or maybe they don't work. Phoenix's powers will always work it just depends on the degree at what they work at based on her current power level.

As we saw in Dr Strange In the Multiverse of Madness, she was trying to get into the soldiers heads basically just by doing nothing. She also has the ability to wipe and dust people. She got people so powerful such as Wong, America, Doctor Strange, all of the soldiers, the illuminati, Mordo , even Professor X. Wait until Phoenix enters the MCU before you compare the two. Remember that powerful being gets nerf significantly upon entering the MCU, take black bolt, Thor, Dr.strange and even HULK for example. this character's comic's versions have the abilities and stats their MCU versions could never dream of. Plus don't you think its too unfair to compare an unstable Legendary Cosmic Entity to a Human with just a mind stone as a major source of Power?
One thing he failed to miss is that ultron used the mind stone to make iron man’s assistant his minion and Wanda was able to undo the control of the mind stone so I don’t think Phoenix would win in a telepathic battle, also quick silver is her brother and she has been shown to react to speedsters(her kids) and she didn’t gain her power from a infinity stone it was amplified by it.

Wanda has always been at her most powerful when she is unstable and out of control that's her whole thing "Chaos" magic, her learning to control her powers is literally going against own nature, maybe if she learns to be more out of control and borderline insane it would make more sense. Having said that, Wanda is no match for Phoenix on her own, and she definitely can't touch Jean with telepathy or telekinesis, also Wanda is NOT a telepath or telekinetic, I don't know why the MCU is forcing us to believe it to be the case, it's hella confusing.

Phoenix literally ate a sun and destroyed an entire planetary system, created worlds, disintegrated an army, mutants and half an island, removed other mutants' powers and brought herself to life and that's only the movie version, I don't know how Wanda could possibly top those feats.

Dark Phoenix doesn't have reality-warping powers but she can control all energies and is able to change atoms on a molecular level, basically, she can do anything. The only obstacle is Jean herself.
They're both very powerful. It's a hit or miss but Endgame Scarlet witch is a little bit stronger than Jean.
