Your tips have been really helpful for me. I found 5 shank's this month, and a few bags of prono. I spend alot of time conducting my searches. I've gone back through the same items I searched and found contraband, only because I had a gut feeling I missed something.
That is great news. Thank you for applying what we teach to the real world. That is the best way to pay us back for the knowledge we share.
Dear Anothy Gangi and Russ Hamilton, thank you for the tip-off even though I ‘am not a correction officer yet. I ‘am learning from you and all the panelists too.
Thank you for always watching and having kind words to share.
Anything to help!
Love the part on retaliatory searches, some of the best advice i've got was not to be retaliatory. These guys are always going to mess up just wait for you're next chance because you can almost guarantee there will be one.
Thank you for watching and finding value on what we provide
Yep patience... Revenge is a dish best served cold...
Finding is better than searching...
I had a inmate fight me when I found Contraband in his cell then I got fired so no more corrections for me
Wow
That is disheartening. Too many admins aren't protecting those in the trenches.
Russ Hamilton yep that’s what happens said I was too much of a liability but wanted more searches of cells don’t get it but now I am better off we’re I am at now
@@dailydrivensilverado3752 I hate hearing that but glad it worked out for you!
