Well, good morning Captain.....for me, it's a great day when a video comes out,. and then there was a visual of MBTS !!! i will say...kudos to DP for reaching out to CASE, and to Case as well.... for the opportunity to try out the Case Minotaur DL550. i'm a Granny, and don't know much of anything about machinery, however, i do recognize the beauty and function of the machine! You worked with the DL550 like a pro, and Case can rest easy that you are taking care of it! there's excitement in the air.....at the RUclips Yacht. i recall seeing the video where you showed us where the magic was going to happen, and lo and behold..........
You guys are making that machine shine. Under the dirt, I mean. Case did a smart thing letting y'all have at it. Case hasn't been on my radar for years and years. But they are now. I like what I see.
I think like Hyundai, Case figured letting someone really use it and really speak their mind about it; is better advertising them someone just spouting numbers in a normal ad.
The Minotaur is so much more of a machine than one would expect from just looks alone. The power to dig, probably because of the steel tracks far outperforms a CTL but it’s not a direct replacement for all jobs. Looking forward to seeing it perform as a dozer now that you know some hoses need to be connected. Thanks to Case for allowing you to use it and let us see it.
That Case Minotaur is a beast, that ripper went right through that rocky soil like it was nothing. And the bucket made quick work of the working area for the cement truck. Good job as usual Mike.

CASE went over the top with this one…I saw one of these working with the dozer blade and absolutely what a BEAST !!!! Awesome your getting to give it a whirl…. Hats off to CASE for letting you try it !! It will work well for you ….👍👍👍👍👍👍
But can you get out with the forks up? That’s been a problem with the skid steer’s that and blind spot for setting things with forks like picking up at some heights or truck height where you don’t want to damage the bed a camera would help

That machine is a beast for sure. When you pushed out that stump near the RUclips yacht I remembered how much effort you had put into stump removals with your JD 750 and thought "the rest of this video is going to be Captain going to every stump on his property to push it out". Taking down that tree at your brother's was a piece of cake.

I have owned a couple different Case skid loaders. 90xt and a 75xt. They were two of the most powerful machines I have owned. I just hated the traction of a wheel loader. I would love to try one of these compared to what I have now! Glad you got to try it out while getting something done at the yacht!
As I sit here watching Captain Kleeman wearing my new Captain Kleeman tee-shirt it feels ironic to me. This new Case machine has it going on. What a beast. I really like the way the minotaur is set up. Don't know anything about heavy equip except for front end loaders and packers but I do like the way that machine is set up.
Real nice double video. First part with Mike in it then the rest with the Captain playing with a new Big Boy Toy on the RUclips yacht and beginning a job helping his brother. The Case is definitely a beast with many awesome features. SORRY for all the comments, the automatic lock in for the Dozer frame under skid steer beast is amazing. Just WOW I thought with my pee brain that you had to somehow get underneath the beast, and hook up/connect the pins, that storage rack for Hydraulic hoses is "A+" that power control hook up for that Dozer frame BOY the Engineering thought on that is just WOW.
Mike, WOW can that thing dig! I'm impressed and sold, but I'm scared to death of the sticker price! I do pretty good with my Bobcat 853, but I can't even touch anything you've done today. KUDOS'S to DP and Case. Love it, Great video and can't wait for the next installment. Lee
That Case is a nice machine, I think the fact that it has steel tracks is a game changer. I have never been a fan of skid steers, tired skid steers tend to tear up surfaces and get stuck easier, track skid steers with rubber tracks tend to damage the track easily because it rubber, that being said, would I turn down a skid if was offered or the only thing I could afford, absolutely not, just have to be mindful of what I consider some of the draw backs. Great demo sir, thanks for the ride along.
OMG Cap’n, That’s a real boy toy! Less than 30 minutes to tame the starboard shoreline. I am a betting that the triple nickel would have taken at least twice that long to do the job!! Keep plugging away at it… I can hardly wait to sit on the fore deck and with my morning caffeine choice and watch the rising sun!
That ain’t no skid steer with dozer capabilities, that’s a small dozer that can masquerade as a skid loader occasionally! What a BEAST! I had to add that as my wife and I study on the acreage we want to buy, a machine like this would be the perfect tool for us to break ground, till soil and re-route water (for an efficient water remediation system) that would not only enhance our property, but add to what nature already gave us.
Man, you all sure love to fly down those backroads! LOL I know it is time lapse, but just watching video, it’s like how can they drive so fast and stay on such a small road! 😊
