Falke wrote a book about his life with Rammstein it's called "Der Tastenficker" in english pianokeyfucker. Really a good book with funny stories!
That "leg beating" by Till came from issues in his legs, that he solved by beating it. Paul, the left guitarist told him it looked cool, so he kept it until today.

@@ruger51995 I hate to say it, but I don't have a direct source for it. It's been from a Paul Landers interview and even might be part of an official making off. But it has been years since I've watched this interview and I can not really pin point where exactly it came from. To limit the scope: It was a solo interview with Paul!

Tills movement is called "Till Hammer" Several years ago Till had some knee injuries. During some concerts his kneecap would hop out its place. He then hit it a few times to get it back into place. As it looked great, this move became his favorite move.
In Germany it's called the "Till Hammer"...

So back when he had a brace on his leg or something he would do that to keep it together cause it would come apart or something. Paul noticed it and said it looked cool and it became a thing
He injured his knee when young and his knee cap would pop out he hit it to put it back in place. That's what I read.

Till on how die Hammer was created: "When the first album was recorded, I later, during the tour, underwent several operations on my knee. It all started with a meniscus injury, which I once received while swimming, greatly stretching the cruciform ligament. At concerts I sometimes put my foot in the wrong position, forgetting about the tendency to dislocate, and had a habit of hitting it and knocking my knee cap out of place again.Three or four strong blows - and my knee was back in place again. Paul always said: “Hit it more often, it looks great”. Since then it has become a habit."

Good sounding song....but yeah, those lyrics could be taken the wrong way. Pretty sure Rammstein leans left (Links 2-3-4), but to young impressionable minds, wrong information could be disastrous. (And was i.e.
Columbine) HOWEVER, just because a song is written from a point of view of a bully or killer or whatever, doesn't mean the artist or band condones it. My generation listened to a lot of hard rock and heavy metal, but it never entered my mind to shoot up my school......
This is why parents need to know EVERYTHING their kid is into....forget about respecting the kid's privacy and all that jazz....nope. Inspect their rooms, ASK them what they're listening to and WHY. It is not the fault of the artist. That's why the Parental Advisory label is on the title, CD, download or whatever.

name and the song titles. So as a German I want to support You a bit and
write these words in a way so if You read it in Your language it will
sound like the german words. There is a problem with "ch" and I don´t
know what to do about it. Anyway the band name sounds like "rumshtine";

problem with ch, I want), "anggel" (angel), "bentseen" (gasoline),

flames), "esh too deer vaih" (I hurt You), "mine hairts brannt" (my
heart burns), "mootter" (mother), "doitshlund" (Germany), "foir fry"

good), rummleed (ram song or more the song connected with the band name)
