I love this routine but there looked to be a small leg separation on her Bhardwaj. 9.95 would have been my score. Certainly better looking than several of the other 10s given this season though, NCAA scoring has been GENEROUS to say the least
What is that move called at 0:47 - when the commentator lady says "directly (or direct leap?) connected down" ? Where she turns during the flight to low bar? It looks really cool, and I do I think many gymnasts don't do it that way, their twist seem to be more when their hands reach the bar - this looks really neat she completes her half turn before reaching the bar. Idk - I'm a complete newb,, but to me that looks really cool !
@@ojk46 okay ty yeah I'm a total newbie! I see she does a similar move up to high bar? I think? Idk. To my untrained eye it looked really awesome. Given her score I am guessing she did infact execute it well.
NOT a 10. Those bent arms + leg pump on the backswing of the Maloney should get .05 off, come on. The dismount is further reason to not give benefit of the doubt to this routine, that arm swing shows it wasn't a total stick.
I'm sorry, it isn't really sport when someone who's reached the top of their sport goes down a level and competes against the equivalent of armatures. And to make it even worse the routines they do at the collegiate level in gymnastics are athletic moves these Olympic women did when they were twelve years old. Where's the challenge, drama, intrigue? All the elements that make sport worth watching.
Well done, Sir, you've got the point. A sport is still a sport, regardless of the level it's competed at. NCAA isn't supposed to be as technical as elite gymnastics. Also, what's "a piece of soft iron or steel that connects the poles of a magnet or of adjacent magnets" got to do with anything?
i’m so proud of all the olympic medalists for scoring 10s this week!
I am so unbelievably proud of Jade getting a perfect on BARS! Bars! Good job!
Well deserved - her humility gets me everytime. Love Jade, our olympic Champion!
So proud of her!!! She has worked so hard for this!
Her smile says it all!!
go on Jade!!!!! always LOVED your gymnastics!!!! ALL of it!!

From the angle the judges sit at it can be hard to see minor leg separation
MINNESOTA proud! Congrats!
GO TEAM USA AT TOKYO!!! THEY ALL GOT 10s THIS WEEK!! 🥇🥳
Full out dismount. Not a half half. Love her Bhardwaj
There's something poetic about Jade crushing bars in NCAA after it being her weakest event as an elite.
HI,MI CAMPEONA!!.

Bhardwaj.
It’s a full twist not a half turn and it’s called a bhardwaj

I call it the twisty full thingy
aa lil tiny - 19T'Ini'
These judges are just fan girls handing out 10’s t all of the elites.
5 young ladies - all recent Olympians - who are literally Best In The World receiving 10s in college gymnastics. Ugh, you’re so right, how annoying! 🙄
Does she get conjugal visits with Nassar?
@@jenniferdegregory7183I mean, weren’t they an item at one point?

I feel like the judges, especially in the Pac12 are giving out 10s left and right. It almost doesn’t make them special anymore😔
Bent arms on a Maloney are never deduced for in NCAA
@@KandeShack pac12 10s are much less rare than SEC, take a look at Florida and Oklahoma
That's allowable technique....
Really????😕 Still can't beat Elena mukhina fr these girls ain't got nothing on her
aa ha, that pink -- is standard - Lady - refined! Fits maan -- jeez . Don't fit: ever ist - COVID! None butt lies
Happy for Jade, especially on bars, but that wasn't a 10.0
What was it?
Agreed
NICE, BUT NO TEN! 9.7 at best!👍
Where on earth did you see 0.3 in deductions??
@@kirsty916 TOTO, BS, 360, and OD. .... Oooo, wait that's right they only take "HALF" tenths now, for feeeeeeelings! 9.8! 🤣🙃🤪🤟

Ncaa is very different, if you wanna see harder stuff go to elite
Thank God she didn't gain too much weight since the Olympics.
I notice you always make weight-related comments. What’s up with that??? 🤔
exuse you? 🤨
and if she did? please don’t .
