Another work day on the river property. These vids never get old! Those lights are the real deal! Great video Andrew!
Glad you enjoyed! Thanks for watching. Spent the last two days there working clearing trees and helping a neighbor.
Another awesome video, Andrew! We're loving watching this project come to life! We appreciate the feature.
My pleasure, keep making great attachments!
Yes, it is Florida but you should get one of the frost free hydrants.
Happy Birthday! Andrew!!
Thank you
Hi Andrew, the Pole Barn looks fantastic. Can’t believe the job that trench digger does, sure saves the back. Like your new camper trailer, that will serve the purpose while you are building the cabin. ❤️❤️👍👍🇨🇦
It sure does make the work so much easier! It really is a great little trailer too. Thanks for watching!
River property is looking nice and everything is coming along. Can't wait (I know yall can't also) till the house starts getting built. Great video Andrew. God bless
We are praying we can get the house built in the location we desire 🤞. Take care and God bless.
Awesome job. Love the lights and the Jeep. You have some great equipment. Keep up the great videos. Thanks❤❤
Thank you. Thanks for watching!
Lights to help the mosquitoes find you at night!
Exactly
Awesome video. Love the channel and content😊
Thank you and your support!
First of all happy birthday. Great step for your Down By The Riverside (old enough to remember the song?) property! Missed electrical work, lol
Electrical just for you LOL. Thank you so much!
Love the lift. You always find a way to get things done.
It makes life so much easier.
Awesome video pal! That’s exciting to have all that hooked up.
Yes it is, coming together nicely
Really like the narrow trench bucket but never seen the fork attachment.
My wife is hating you buying a excavator because I see the attachments I never knew I needed!
Thanks buddy for great content
Thanks. It's going to be useful for sure. LOL I bet she is like get off his channel
Very cool and productive, Happy Birthday Andrew 🎂 🥳
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed the video!
Hello have you thought about building a blade for the bobcat to use like a bucket to put the dirt into the trenches
Nice work. I love those Hyperlights. Have them in my new shop. I figured you would have used your magnet mount drill to drill the holes in the steel pole. Looks like you got a new drill press.
what are your plans for RV black water, a holding tank or running a sewage line to the new septic system. Next money maker will be a campground $$
I already have a large black tank that gets pumped by a local sanitation company. Due to the lay of the land I can't flow uphill to the septic. The house will have a pump and be on stilts, so no issues with the long flow to the front of the property.
Nice !!!
Fantastic barn and lights!!
Thanks for watching
Andrew, Your be coming a pro at running that machine. Happy birthday young man!!
I am getting a lot better at it! Thanks for the birthday wishes!
I'm incredibly jealous of how easy ground rods go in down there.
Pure sand in Florida.
Looks like the support leg is required. I noticed it creeps down without it.... :-) A trencher adventure and making light work in the barn.... LOL
Yes it does creep down, especially if you cut off the equipment. That's a lot of weight way out there, the leg is a must.
Awesome
Good day to all.
Good afternoon
Hey Andrew, This was a great video, and I do not see anything sketchy about that basket. I thought it was a brilliant idea!
I’m still trying to figure out the lower two by fours on the ceiling framing, what purpose do they serve? It looks like there just put their as extra.
Those 2x6s are there for the initial stand up and straightening of the next truss. I don't believe they add any structural integrity.
@@TKCL would it be safe to remove them or are they part of the structure
Good
electrical Code Can Vary From County to County A LOT & Especially From State To State ! in my Co You (Home Owner ) Dont half to Get Inspector for a Out door Building But 1 County Over Makes ya Jump Through Hoops !
It is ridiculous how much it varies. Here we have to pass all inspections a GC or any contractor does. But we can sign a waiver saying we take the liability responsibility.
River property is coming along nicely. So if you need someone to stay there while you are not using the property let me know 😆
We are making progress
Sweet cage and smart support! Impressive.
Do you wish you had kept the man lift you had when building your main house?
Happy Birthday 🧨
Thanks!
No on the manlift, it was only designed for concrete. I would need a 4x4 manlift and they are crazy expensive. I will probably be renting one.
check into a remote switch that you can turn them on while you pull up!
I have that on my other barn in a ride fashion. I need to see if someone makes a Bluetooth weatherproof switch.
If you have a SDS Max rotary hammer or bigger get a ground rod driver adapter for your ground rods
I used a ground rod attachment for my Bosch rotary hammer for years. Works great.
Hey all...please be sure to join the live tonight at 5:00 PM EST. We'll be roasting and toasting Andrew as we celebrate his birthday! Good times, good information and good people. See you there!
What about your man lift you used in your house
We sold it. Plus it wouldn't work on all this unlevel dirt.
👌👍
Hi neighbor Adam
Piece by piece, step by step things move forward.
Yes!!
Well done, as usual.
Thank you
Hey Andrew good Sunday 👍. Quick question, are yall able to put or build Barndominiums in that area? If so that would be awesome at the river property. Looking good, thanks for giving all the knowledge you share.
Hello Andrew what a huge step for the land property massive improvements in just this video great job thanks for sharing
It's amazing what you can do with some hard work and the right equipment.
Another video yay!!!! Always informative and entertaining!!
Glad you enjoy. Thanks for watching
Where did your manlift go? It's probably just for solid surfaces though isn't ?
Sold it after the house was built, it's for concrete only.
Very cool. I must have somehow missed the update on your well tests - how's it taste?
Not brave enough to drink it until we get a treatment system. All tests are OK. High iron, hardness ect. That's normal for the area.
why not one long pex pipe instead of all the joints
We just don't use it around here for some odd reason. I need to find someone who stocks it and try it out in the future.
What are you gonna name the new pole barn? Any guesses?
Maybe. None has came to me yet.
Ha, that ranks as one of the *least* sketchy things I've seen being done to accomplish a task. Maybe you should be wearing a helmet? 😁🤣🙃 (I say while pruning trees from the loader bucket)
Lol 🤣
In. Nice job.
Thanks
I’m assuming you sold your manlift already that you had a couple years ago great video by the way
Yes I did, those expensive batteries don't last. It won't work on dirt anyway.
Why not put the ripper in the ground and walk backwards to dig your ditch ?
It's takes several scoops to clear the ditch, one pull won't be enough.
Oh boy I don't think I would get up in that basket 🫣🫣🫣🫣 I mean I done some Evel Knievel stuff but man that's kind of pushing it LoL when can
Lol heights don't really bother me.
@TKCL ya me neither but 🫣
