As a fellow controller player, while I haven't won a game without ADSing, i have won a game without doing any damage.
I basically just fucked around all game (I was solo in a duos lobby) until the last two teams traded and I won.

I agree the controller is ass haha. They need aim assist. Maybe the air assist should be reduced slightly but even if they don’t… like just be better. My KD on console (played for like 2 years) at its highest was like 1.1. I’ve been on computer for like 2 months and I’m up to platinum and my KD in ranked is 1.8. I love the CP, sure there’s no aim assist but I like the feel of the game better without it.

Legit the first apex controller video i was able to watch the whole way through. Normally i have to stop them from cringing too much from the aim assist. This is how controllers should work for shooters on cross platform. It benefits players with actual good aim on controllers when they face each other. I draw my hat to you for playing without aim assist @SimplyAshton.
I would agree but ashton has better aim without AA than most with aa and if those players (casuals) had to play with no aa they would never play the game and quit which would make apex a dead game
