아코디언 오이초무침:: 파스타나 피자 먹을 때 꼭 추천하는 즉석 오이피클 요리법

- 파스타나 피자 먹을 때 잘 어울리는 즉석 오이피클 준비했어요 아코디언 모양으로 잘라봤는데 신기하고 이쁘네요
*조금씩 만들어 그때그때 드세요
[ 재료 ]
- 오이 2개
- 양파 반개
- 홍고추 1개 (떙초 3개)
[ 양념 재료 ]
- 소금 1
- 설탕 2
- 올리고당 2
- 식초 6
- 참치액젓 1작은 스푼
- 마늘1
- 깨소금 1.5
[ 조리방법]
1. 오이는 45도 각도로 자르고 뒤집어서 다시한번 잘라준다
2. 양념에 버무린 후 10분 정도 냉장고에 넣어준다.
