Thanks for letting me tag along on this one! Your dad is a badass and hiked that canyon better than any of us 😂. He was definitely a proud man when he was watching that truck come back over the top of that rim with the Orr Cart on the back
Terrific video, the entire team pulled off a 40 year dream . Nice to see Rick senior in the mix on a special adventure. Really enjoyed the collaboration with Casey and your footage put us right there on site. Thanks for taking us along.
So glad to see the sponsors starting to come in brothers. That means you guys are starting to do much bigger things. Well done Wrecker Rick and Murphy's Diesel crew 💪
Awesome recovery of that old mine cart! Thanks for the collab between you and Casey. Two of my favorite youtubers! Stay classy everyone. No corners were scratched on that Bad Larry.
Oh my goodness, OG Wrecker Rick is just a kid yet. Us old guys still have dreams and you made your dad's dream come true. Thank you and your whole crew.
Wonderful collaboration. Your kids are going to have nice memories of this... glad you took them along. Impressive crabbing along that hill from Hellboy!
I watched this on Casey’s channel so naturally had to check out yours. Didn’t disappoint. Hell Boy showed how versatile he is, and the banter between you and Casey made it even more entertaining. ou
Great job. Rick, the best part is, you did your dad an incredibly wonderful and wonderful favor. I am 70 years old myself, fortunately in better health than your father. Oh yes, he is very proud of you, you have gone your own way. I am also very proud of my two children, Carina is 35 and Heiko is 30. They both went their own way and I am just as proud of them as your father is of you. Stay healthy and take good care of your children. Many greetings to you all from Frankfurt. Gerold
I love how the whole family gets involved in the recoveries and the family business beautiful family seem like really great hard-working American people I love a good job guys
It’s not the Golden Nugget Matt & Crew recovered thru the river, but I still watched in hope of seeming the ore cart submarine thru a quick sand pit 😮😊
Rick,I found your channel as I watched Casey with you guys and gals retrieving the ore car. Heck of a job you guys. I was wondering as I saw the wheels from the car, if there was any of the old rail track it must have run on in and out of the mine. Would be cool if there is, to set the car on the old rails at the ranch.
That was the funnest recovery yet. If I was younger I would have loved to have been along for that recovery. Thought for a second you was going to need the old spare tire for a folkum trick on that rockledge. But it pulled right up and over no muss no fuss. Great video!
Absolutely one of my favorite Murphy's diesel videos creating memories and yes you can buy one and get it delivered to your door but I believe this is not only about the ore cart. It's cacti
This day your children will be telling stories how your family with a few friends went and got that GOLD ore cart "A DAY THAT WILL LIVE IN INFAMEY" great video TX for sharing it with us,, Have a Happy Bew Year, just say'n!
Thanks to you guys, I purchased a Thor’s Lightning Total Control and 4 tire air hose system and use it a LOT! Looks like you need to get a couple of them too! I believe it’s 10.6cfm also, which is unmatched. Thank you also for the clean content. My kids and I watch you guys all the time!
Friends there could have been about 3 oz. Of Gold in them old tailings. At current prices that's over $7500.00 Where exactly was that again lol. Love you guys show! Keep on keeping on!
Rick, your video may have not got the views or likes that Casey's video did but IMO this video had much more content and Bleepin' words too! I wished I could have hung out with either of my grandfather's when I was your children's age. Such a memory for those little ones. Thanks to you, your crew, the Cowboys and Casey for making your dads' dream come true. That will be another priceless memory. If your dad is 70 then he was 30 hunting mountain lions. Are they good to eat? Or just cow munching cats? Today we have Mexican Wolves. The Chinese and Vietnamese love to eat dogs. So, US Government if they come up missing you know who ate them.
It's not about the cost It's about the journey. To some it might only be worth a couple hundred dollars but this one is priceless.. Your dad being able to hike 33 miles is like a really big thing having the family out there It's going to be a memory that you're children will be very attached to that cart it will be worth a million to those kids
And I live in the "crossroads" city of NM. There are a lot of mining artifacts here in this State. We just need some Hellboys not Cowboys to go get the stuff. At the age of 19 I found all kinds of mine junk when I was out Deer or Elk hunting.
So I just got done watching Casey video and the alert for this one came up, double down on the ore cart recovery ❤. We have a lot of old logging camps and iron ore mines here in Michigan and I love exploring old abandoned sites.
I saw the equipment and the people in this video and thought who could ever have thought of everything that had to happen since your Dad found it and wanted to get it out one day, for the people there to experience that day
Great adventure guys!! I noticed the cowboys was all spured up the whole time. I'll bet they cover a crazy amount of that country on horse back huntin for cows on ground that'll run about 5 pair to the section. Glad to see Casey and hope you have more adventures in store for us during his stay. The way Ol' Rick twisted those wires , I'd say he built a fence brace or two in his day. Thanks!!! M.W.D.

Good old Hellboy getting western hanging on the side of a cliff getting the ore cart 600 ft up to the top and Casey helping out another great video guys
That was a very cool thing to do for your dad Rick, whats he gonna do with it put it in his front yard lol. Another fine job done by Murphy's Diesel. Thanks for the video guy's 👋 can't wait for the next one.
Amazing seeing you guys saving a piece of history and what I like to call old gold because of the cool factor in having something like that cart!!! I’m wondering how they got it out to the mine back in the day!??

The truck I had that was the worst was a 2010 Columbia withe the one 70"double bunk. That truck kept having electrical and HVAC issues.
I noticed yall were talking about your winch overheating I had a thought drag racers have a hydraulic cooler for their Transmissions I don't know what the pressure difference is between the two but I was thinking you could put one of those in line to the hydraulic coming out of the winch and it will keep that fluid a whole lot cooler I didn't know if one of you all would have thought about it or not
Amazing to see that mine cart coming out of the canyon or whatever you call the "draw" this easterner isn't sure of the correct terminology but as usual hellboy never ceases to impress. Great job everyone
