The first carrot cake I ever had that I loved was made by a lady at church, and hers had it all in it. Never had another one as great as hers.
My mom used to make it once a week, we had our own carrot patch, and she would cut it into squares and my girls would eat it with a glass of milk while doing homework. Thanks for sharing
