  • In this clip, we delve into the importance of changing the narratives we tell about our differences. Often, we assume that those who are different from us pose a threat, which can lead to increased division and conflict and impacts our ability to empathise and collaborate.

One thing that has helped me with this question is what I have learned from Iain McGilchrist’s work. I try to imagine how the other person is using their brain. Are they operating primarily out of their left hemisphere? If so, then the conversation usually amounts to a sterile discussion that can make me feel impressed that the other can actually enjoy living a life that for me would be unfulfilling!

You can "actively affirm" all you like. But what if the other side isn't doing the same thing?
What if the other side sees that as weakness, and is willing to use that weakness to take your stuff and run you into the dirt?

They do not understand natural law so therefore they don't fully understand what is going on or have any real solutions for the sake of any nation of the world. She has potential though. I would like to speak with her regarding a vision and plan for the sake of all nations of the world 🕊️💚🙏☘️

    Maybe tribalism is good?
Without identity thee is a disconnect between the self and the community leading to systematic absence of purposeful meaning.

Sometimes difference does equal threat... I know you're trying to be nuanced, but wake up.
