Detailed No Knead Whole Wheat Bread Recipe:
• Oil-free oatmeal bread...
220 ml of lukewarm water
Yeast 6 grams 1 tablespoon
Sugar 1 tablespoon 6 grams
1/8 teaspoon of turmeric
600 grams of rye flour
Wholemeal flour 20 grams
Flax seeds 25 grams
Salt 6 grams
Place in the oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes
Bake uncovered at 280 degrees for the last ten minutes
