I escaped Missori where I was raised! Horrible climate there! It's cloudy 300 days a year! Rain, snow, sleet, hail and tornadoes! 0 to 20 degrees in winter and 100 degrees with 70 percent humidity in the summer with lot of mosquitoes, knats and chiggers digging into your flesh! I lived there for 18 years and am glad I'm out west in a drier even more beautiful state now!

Beartrapkara: I was on SSDI in the late 80s early 90s and i worked at a dept store and my income stayed under the max of what i was allowed to earn, plus it came with benefits like it would pay my children thru college. If this type of thing still applies? You could contact Mike at Diamond law firm in Denver and learn how to process foreclosures across 3300 counties. You can pick and choose which accounts that you process, each account takes 9 hours and up to 3 months til it goes thru the courts & you get paid... just a thought. But you'll have to pay $1,500 for the training. I'll say maybe set aside whatever you can? Then mail in a money order, I've already talked to Mike who said that's ok to do as well.

You talked about pulling gravel out of the river is there a Army corp permit for that cause they don’t issue any of those?
The Army Corp of Engineers has no control over the Niangua River.
Is the Niangua river connected to the Lake of the Ozarks? Is that dam run by the Federal Government? If it is then it would be classified as a navigable waterway subject to theArmy Corp. this would increase development cost making the land a poor choice.
No, the river is not in any way controlled by the Army Corp of Engineers. If you get several miles closer to the lake of the Ozarks then the shoreline would be controlled by Ameran (the utility company that owns the dam at the Lake of the Ozarks) but this shoreline is not.
There are Army Corp of Engineer waterways a few hours to the south but this is not one of them.
Silvio Manuel I can’t say that I pay the CORP much attention but I learned that if you don’t deal with streams and soil pollution.
