How about another video showing how to find the leak in the underground piping between the house to the meter?

My Neptune Reader is in my basement and the pipe right below that is leaking. There is a Flat head screw that lets water flow, turn right does not stop the leak.

Why turn water back on if there is a leak?

I already did what he did and it's still showing water moving. So now what? Also I noticed my front hose still worked when the house was turned off so it's in the line before it hits the house? Gotta dig up the whole yard?

What if you don't have a meter? I have a tank and a pump. I lost 1000 gallons over 2 days and can't find a leak though it might be a toilet but haven't caught any of them running. Checked all the spigots don't see any leaks, but on one that points up there was a little pool in the nozzle, but I can turn it on and off and it's not leaking. Seems intermittent, and I've been fighting it for a few months now, and I'm getting paranoid. I'm about ready to camp in a tree and watch the spigot. Maybe someone is hiking up my hill with a 1000ft hose.

This video was not worth the time it took to make it.It said how to find a leak and it did not establish this event. Did it?

You Didn't tell us "Finding A Water Leak". This is merely "yes" "no" do we Have a leak. FINDING is what you claim to provide, but don't give. As some sort of Professional Organization, you need to do better. I sure won't join you.
