300 ml milk;
2 egg yolks;

Sie hätten das Eiweiß geschlagen und hinzugefügt. Es verleiht dem Eis mehr Flauschigkeit und Volumen. sondern das Eiweiß mit dem Mixer bei lauwarmer Temperatur verrühren. Außerdem noch einen Shake zum Eis, nachdem es zum ersten Mal gekühlt wurde.
Anschließend erneut in den Kühlschrank stellen und gut mit Folie abdecken, um Frost zu vermeiden.

Дешевле много в магазине, готовое, это не от лени, просто у нас 200гр сливок, 400р и сгущенка, настоящая, если ещё и шоколад хороший, то прос тите, это пища Богов, а не простых смертных🥰Ну а рецепт конечно же идеален!!! Большое спасибо💥
