FYI, Armada is now Prinova! Still a great place to work.😊
I work in Spring Hill and my kids went to school there it takes a half hour to get 1/8 a mile or 2 redlights. Traffic is a nightmare it's a 2 lane skinny main street with no shoulder that needs 4 lanes since the population has boomed 1000% in recent decades.
Great information!
Thanks for commenting !
This guy is so awesome. He knows everything.
I love your face , and you are correct on both fronts … don’t forget to mention how humble I am …
It’s like Irvine in the seventies.
Can you post affordable house tours? Great video!!
Absolutely
Hi Hayli! I just uploaded the video per your request. Let me know what else you would like to know about!
No land and hoa fees are crazy at these new developments. No green space. Stacking homes like legos.
Springhill is over crowded. And all its citizens utility bills will increase soon because of this .the reason is because new water towers are needed. City council has not charged the developers enough fees to cover this and it will cost everyone. Roads are way behind in development. Cart before the horse. Lived here 5 years and ready to leave.
Do you deal with renters or just buyers? Thanks
I absolutely help renters ! Text me , 615-560-6456
But the traffic....oh the traffic 😩
yesss.... insufferable lol, thanks for watching !
Lived in Spring Hill for 19 years. DO NOT move there.
Please stop building anything for at least 3 years....unless of course you want to improve the streets.
