Jinjer is off the charts,this band is so talented
They are pushing the envelope with their videos, and I say that as a connoisseur of Rammstein videos. And this is right up there. That said, in most cases, the video comes down to the talents and passion of the video directors, along with the willingness of the band to invest their hard-earned money in a high production value video, and Jinjer has never shied away from that. Also, it is worth mentioning that Jinjer has been working with Ukrainian video producers so they are also giving other talented creatives in Ukraine an international stage to show their work.
That’s really great to know. These guys are about ethics and putting their people(whether from their country or just people from all over the world that they believe in because they’re passionate) on the world stage in terms of loyal fans and genuine people...not sellout and people or corporations that cheapen them and their message. this song is my current obsession. I love everything about it...the music in its dynamics and the lyrics/message.
the way i see the song and the video, imagine the song is from a innocent child and how their home is taken away from them. A child mistaking war sounds and imagery with very innocent things when she thinks she hears military boots she thinks its a unicorn. A air fighter mistaken for an angel.
First person I feel like who has somewhat understood the tea party. My viewpoint on it is mostly based on how small the table is and Tatiana’s outfit choice in the video. I think it is representing a child’s tea party with her stuffed animals. The innocence of this while ignoring all that is going on until the breakdown, which is the moment where innocence is lost and Tati (the child) starts to lash out at it all.

Jinjer crushed it again. I see the bulk of the video as a twisting of childhood innocence and a longing for how things were before the ugliness of war ripped that innocence away. The tea party as a poisoning of that innocence, then the childlike pushback and reckoning of reality they desire. Once again brilliant lyrics from Tatiana, and awesome talent from the guys.

Good, as usual. For me, this video does put meat on the bones of the song. A kind of Lewis Carroll trip, but on flyagarics instead of magic mushrooms.
Did you notice that the angel is the actual "angel of death" decoy flares.Gave me shivers.
The ending is very b-movie like. Hrorror, horror.
The music video production in Ukraine is at such high level, that it became a form of art, and I think that the reasonJinjer improved their videos recently is not that they don't have concerts, but rather that with becoming more popular they earned more money to invest in videos, and Ukraine has a lot of very creative video production teams. To see some examples just check videos by The Hardkiss (they all are very different), Onuka (Zenit), Антитiла (Kiнo), or a masterpeice "Verba" by Motanka (a metal band signed by Napalm as well).
Thank you so much for the tea party scene insights! I think, there's possibly multiple layers to the shift in that scene:
- first showing kind of an archetype of someone who, it looks, has things somewhat under control (albeit a bit sadistically), then a child that is going completely torn & crazy due to the trauma of war - the war literally hit her so she's scarred
- the "puppets"... they feel to me more like prisoners/hostages, the one who's keeping them there thinks it's all under control, then one hit and everything is gone and spiraling
Also, have you noticed how towards the end, when there's the ruins, all the steel beams, what's being shown is literally cut load-bearing structure? to me, that is a straight pointer to infrastructure of a war zone, and also to what's in the minds of people if the war is also on multiple levels of information streams, not just weaponry & obvious position of power

This is their story. They were made homeless in Ukraine by the war with Russia. This is specifically about that. They moved away to Kiev to get away from. The war and have the band. They cannot return to their families who still live in the war zone. I can’t back home, so I want my home back. Don’t leave us homeless. This is their most personal biographical song. This is them. I think the tea party is a reference to Alice in Wonderland. The videomaker wpulled off the same reference in the Sucker Punch (2011), where girls went through hell (mental and physical) and it was all reprsented through Alice in Wonderland imagery.
I think its the idea of ignorance. Reason I interpret it that way is the hypno wheel in the background.

Take quick look at Ukranian conflict and you'll see that the wolf-thing means something else. If they are wolf they could reference with bikerclub that supports Putin( Night Wolves).
If they are foxes it could also be reference to Sidika Baysal drawing of a rooster with Putin as a fox behind him.
That, could also be one of Russias attack helicopter called the wolf, other helicopter is the hinde.
