I love this stuff, VR has so many applications and learning possibilities, that should be made, i hope slowly we'll get more of those. And yes the girl was distracting! haha!
The big challenge specifically with learning couple's dancing through video or VR is the lack of haptic feedback. The main thing to learn in real couple's dancing is how to show/interpret tiny changes in pressure & balance with another person. Learning a dance without this haptic feedback will not be of much help on the dance floor - nobody will understand what you intend to do. Nevertheless, VR is a good medium for learning basic steps and stances in a dance, which is perhaps the most important fundamental knowledge.
This is also what it was made for, gaming is fun, but other applications are being used too! Your new car is being designed in it! You can walk through a building that is not yet build in the exact spot where it will be build! Remote surgery is being done with it! The possibilities are as great as your creativity allows!
