That’s beautiful. Thanks for sharing. Not being Jewish myself, my belief that I was already born with a whole soul. Marriage or no marriage - still my soul is complete ❤
As a Registered Nurse who specialized in doing high tech intravenous work in patients homes, part of the area I covered was Monsey NY. I made quite a few good friends and was privileged to attend a few bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs and weddings but I never understood as much about the weddings as I do now! Thank you so much for sharing your blessed wedding! Mazel Tov!! 😊 In
What a beautiful wedding and gorgeous couple. We are more secular Jewish family and my wedding under chuppah was just few days after you, bring so many memories. Happy anniversary!
This is so rich in beauty, honor and family. ❤I absolutely love this and wish we all can be like this. Honoring God with everything. Thank you for sharing.
U2 were made for each other. Beautiful wedding dress, beautiful ceremony. Thank you for explaining it to us and sharing it with us. I’ve learned quite a bit from watching your channel. I think it’s important that we respect each other’s religions, cultures, belief, and you epitomize this. 8:57
What a beautiful simcha!! Raizel looks absolutely stunning. I would love to at some point of my life experience a Chabadnik wedding, & I still would like to experience going to the Rebbes Ohel
Why do I think I’ve seen this before? Why do I think you have children now? Why when the glass was broken I yelled ‘Mazel Tov!’ Sitting in my house by myself? What a beautiful day. Thank you for sharing with us. Many blessings. I met my husband 34 days before I married him. We are going on 17 years with 2 healthy, smart, beautiful, girls, thank G.od. We knew and we wanted a marriage, not a wedding, so we got married one day, and had a marriage ever since. We are blessed to have each other, not always easy, but ALWAYS worth it. ❤
Thank you both for sharing your own wedding story with the world. This type of video helps people with social anxiety attend events that are new or different to what they know. Could you share what an appropriate gift to give to the bride and groom on their wedding day would be, if any?
May God contuiine to bless your union. Id love to see a video on how you have a continued happy marriage and relationship advice and also any tidbits on Jewish advice on marriage
According to most authorities the bride doesn't need to cover her hair until the next day as it's only intimacy that ensures the fact that the marriage is complete......some authorities disagree so depending on family custom you will see some Jewish brides cover their hair from after the seclusion room and even some from the beginning of the wedding.
Mazel Tov. You are a beautiful couple. Long and happy life to you. My parents met August 31, got engaged November 12th and married January 10th. They were married 51 years when my father OBM passed away
I absolutely have been crying. The most beautiful wedding. Unfortunately I was born in a secular Jewish home. I say unfortunately only because I now am finding my way… home. My brother and his wife became (if you will) Orthodox a couple of years ago. I am just in my beginning stages to join them. If you have any suggestions. I would very much appreciate it. Love to you and your family ✡️
Thank you for sharing ❤ May I ask when the woman is covering her hair? I have heard that after the first time the couple is alone together the woman is covering, and that like Sephardi Jews is not alone after the ceremony and the woman is covering from the day after the wedding. If you celebrate 7 days is the woman covering from the second day? I am just curious here, and hope that is okay ❤ Love and blessings from Johanne, Norway 🇳🇴
Weddings are so beautfiul! Congratulations! I know this sounds weird, but did you have to be careful when drinking the wine in your white dress? I'm asking cousin my (Orthodox Christian) said she and her husband had to practice a bunch to make sure he didn't dump wine down her dress. 😂
Smashing the glass is Not about the destruction of the Temple. That's a falsehood. It was a German custom to keep the bad spirits away from the bride and groom on the day of the wedding. Rabbi Eliezer ben Natan of Mainz mentioned this in the medieval times, in 12th century.
It is fully acknowledged that breaking of the glass is zecher lchurban. Surely maybe the reason you give is a secondary reason but the fact that it's zecher lchurban is common knowledge.
When does it become required to cover your head? I’ve seen some women explain they covered their head in the seclusion room and others I’ve seen haven’t mentioned it.
Question: I have heard that once the couple has been alone after the ceremony, the bride is then required to cover her hair. Raizel, did you cover yours or did you wait until the next day? Also, in blindfolding Raizel, is this also symbolic of Jacob when he married Leah instead of Rachel? Thank you for your answer! Blessings!
Beautiful video. Wasn't Abraham the first Hebrew, (which I believe means to "cross over" not first Jew, the term Jewish didn't come till much later.....
I find that dating for only 3 months literally unbelievable. Especially with added restrictions put on the couples. I just don’t see how you can possibly know someone that you are to spend the rest of your life with, well enough after 3 months. Also in non-Jewish weddings, one of the best and most emotional parts are when brides dance with their fathers. Calling dancing with the opposite sex, “intimate”, is beyond comprehension to me. Especially in front of a room full of people. Same with modesty clothing. Seems like lots of trust issues to me.
It's truly all for appearances. You are correct. I understand protecting you reputation, but with so many witnesses, anyone who ensues anything is just a busy body at that point and that is on them.
Thank you so much for sharing and explaining. The Jewish customs are absolutely beautiful.
Thank you ❤❤❤
Girl, your smile not only lights up Dani’s eyes, but the entire room! What an absolutely BEAUTIFUL ceremony!
Thank you ❤
@@ThatJewishFamily Thank YOU🙏🏻♥️
when I doubt there's love, I rewatch your wedding.

Aww ❤
I love this!
If traditional weddings were as deeply spiritual, nurturing and as introspective as this, there would be fewer divorces.
Mazel Tov!
The way you two look at each other is beautiful and amazing you see how much you adore and love each other
The wall thing between the sexes in no way stops people from having fun. Such a beautiful culture.
I’m a Muslim, and once I first learned about this I really wanted to do it because our weddings are supposed to be separate as well
@@nadiadansani2139 Interesting!!!
I would love that since my Jewish husband flirts with other women
@@nadiadansani2139surprising how Jews, Christians and Muslims worship the same God
@@nadiadansani2139 isn’t a marriage about two people uniting? Why would you keep it separate then?
Happy Anniversary! Wishing you many more years of love and happiness.

Raizel was a stunning bride! Beautiful couple.
Beautiful wedding video! Do Jewish brides have to wear a wig on their wedding day or is covering the hair only after that day?
Most customs is the day after! This is my natural hair
Thank you for sharing this. May I ask what you were singing at the end and its significance? Does every groom sing at that point?

Incorrect. It's for the destruction of the temple in Jerusalem
It looks blissful!

Jewish men can’t be trusted to not lust after women so they have to cover up and wear wigs. Educate yourself

Which hand and which finger do you place the ring
The index finger. It gets moved after. Customs on how vary
Hodne stesti v celem zivote
Why are the men and women separated in the ceremony and reception?!Congrats to the Bride and Groom ✨❤️🥂
Modesty. Orthodox synagogues are also separate
I think I saw this couple on a reality show when they were looking for a spouse
Was yours an arranged wedding only having met your spouse on a few occassions?
Arranged to meet then the couple takes it from there. Matchmaker gets $1500
Reading the book of Tehellim , is that for both of just the bride.
To bad they only sleep together 2weeks out of the month
