    Today, I used Pericardium 9 as well as GV 26 and was wide awake for a full day class.

    Highly Helpful... I had been struggling due to heavy drowsiness due to irregular sleep for the past couple of weeks. I couldnt even concentrate on your video at the beginning. But somehow I watched and learnt the head point and it helped me. Now I have typed a long message to without any drowsiness. GBU.

      Hope it works for me. I have an exactly similar situation to you. Have a lot of work pending.....feel drowsy since getting the vaccine 2 days back.

    Thanks Yasuko this works for me...don’t know which point worked but awake now..I feel a slight pain when I press on the hand near index finger the one that you have shown...think it’s normal?

      I'm glad it somehow worked for you :) Yes it's very normal that LI 4 feels painful although it's a mighty point for any kind of pain. Slight pain is ok but I would not press it too hard to cause unnecessary pain.

      I will put it in the future plan but I believe change of diet and exercise is also very important.

      Valerian Root, Beer, meditation, running, 400mg of Magnesium... Or in last place, 0.5 Klonopin or Xanax :) At night. But you should go to your psych. And not listen too much to people on Internet
