THANK YOU SOO MUCH! I was trying to find someone to explain the grommet hole and you would think that no one cares, and I was about to give up hope, then I found ur vid. Tysm, I’ll sub
Pink microphone matches DarkCore's rosy cheeks. A lime-green in the shirt would make a perfect contrast! // This mic-stand is aesthetically original. It could also be perfect for a condenser mic that you don't want IN the frame of the video; Like your own little movie-set at your desk--the mic being hidden. ALSO, you could technically use this arm to actually hold a your lavalier mic instead of pinning it to your shirt. You could arguably get better quality because you could aim the lav right in the direction of your mouth.
It’s should’ve, I would reach out to HYPERX support chat thing and ask to see if they can provide one. They probably would just ask proof of purchase like a receipt.
We just bought 2 of these for my kids and the spring is so tight that no matter what we do we can not tighten it in to one position. Any ideas why? Thanks!
If you take the arm out of the desk clamp, there is a screw right next to the post on the arm. You may have to tighten or loosen it. Let me know if that helps.
I have a support bar running along the bottom of my desk near the edge that's a little bit less than 1 inch wide, do you think a mic arm would stay secure on the support bar?
It’s probably could tbh, but I don’t know it would stay there. Does the bar have holes along it cus the grommet option would probably work better there.

No problem! Glad you were able to find that useful.
Mines dont let me bend my arm. Mines just straight and sturdy. Nevermind. I had to pull it very hard. Youre a life saver.
No problem, glad you were able to find this video useful.
Just bought one and it’s having the same issues. Can you elaborate on the ‘pull very hard’
A new product seems to be very useful. It will look great on my desk.
I was surprised with it, it looks pretty clean tbh with the built in cable management channels.
Thank you for making the review! I was looking to buy this and wanted to use it for my hyperxgaming guadcast mic!
No problem, hopefully you found it useful.

Well, I am done now with the lav mic. I have another microphone just in case I need better audio. Plus, I don’t like my rosy cheeks. 😂
It was late when I uploaded this, will fill in the description later! I have the important stuff already.
Thanks for this very explanatory video.

So the adjustment knob things aren’t working to tighten it?
@@MrDarkcore No I'm afraid not at all. 😞
On both of the arms? I didn’t have this issue at on with the one I have.
@@MrDarkcore Yes I'm afraid so. I have 2 disappointed kids

how do i get m y hands on a quadcast adapter i dont even have the quadcast box anymore
If you have the receipt, maybe you can reach out HYPERX customer service. Maybe they can help but other then that I have no idea.
Can it stay sturdy with a Shure mv7 ?
It says it can hold mics up to 2.2lbs, I believe the Shure mv7 weighs a little more then that so I don’t know if that effect it that much.
thanks
No problem!
