I'm going to tell my parents to buy this Quran, I've always wanted a Quran that has been translated into English and is much more easier to understand. I want to know the answers to the questions I've been wondering for months & years, hopefully they'll get this. Thank you.

MashaAllah Dr Musharraf has done a great job on Majestic Quran, It is very easy to understand unlike many other english translations which are quite hard. It is a great gift that he gave to Youth. May Allah give him Ajar. Identifying an error is not bad, infect it is very good so in this way we get a copy free from errors but based on these errors trying to attack a person so that he stops the work altogether is really bad it show how small people are there in our community.
We thank you a lot Dr saab for providing us with this translation. It is one of the best Qur'an translations I've ever read. And i truly believe it has no mistakes and we should all read the Majestic quran and gain from it.You have done great work for the community and the deen and we all support you,karimia, and the Majestic Qur'an. May Allah give Dr saab the ability to spread the message of the Qur'an and help him and Karimia with all the work they are doing for the muslim community

Dr Sahib, It has been over eighteen months now and see where your determination have gone to. This could had been dealt with without anybody beating the drums. There were a lot of people in Birmingham, West Midlands, who were unaware of direction of Qibla in the seventies and there were a hand full house base mosques until August 1977, when Madrasa Zia Ul Quran, Birmingham came into existence and you led Islamic teachings voluntarily whilst studying at Aston University.
Your approach has been unique and being a Maverick you led the way full fledge. It is disappointing that having lived here for over fifty years now, some of the scholars have not moved/developed any further than the day they landed from the plane.
It is a situation to be celebrated that a young man from Halifax comes to study which he completes successfully and goes beyond expectations with the end product “ The Majestic Quran.
A piece of work that will dominate till the end day. May Allah guide us all on the right path and help us remain steadfast on the teachings of beautiful Holly Quran. Ameen.

Sadly I'm not surprised this happened. The Quran is for everyone, but some want to believe it is only for scholars.

@@alm31 A very good point and should not be translated by anyone without proper qualifications. Dr Musharaf has been studying the Qoran for over 50 years, has been taught by the most respected scolar of our age and has done a phenominal amount of work in supporting the muslims in Nottingham and the uk for most of his life and is a hugely respected figure of our community. Please reframe from disrespect as you could offend many people. Plus all has now been cleared and agreed as Dr Musharaf has stated there should be no further debate over this issue.

I have not read this gentleman’s translation of the Quran yet but I will try to secure a copy. I am a Christian who has been exploring the Quran through the updated Pickthall translation put out by International Dawah Centre. I worked in Egypt for a while and my friends there encouraged me to read it. The guidance it gives is very good but of course as a Christian we have fundamental differences about the nature of Almighty God. I think everyone should read a translation of the Quran and educate themselves about Islam before passing judgment and thinking Islam is a religion of violence and terror which I must admit I did. There are fanatically held mistaken views in all religions including the religion of militant atheism. Translation particularly of Scriptures can have potential for controversy. I will say to all Muslim friends pray for me that if I am on the wrong path God will show me mercy when I stand before him. I have always loved God, tried to live a blameless life and to seek to find the truth.
The Clear Quran maybe very easy to understand and it has been produced by a panel of translators. I have not read this gentleman's translation. But glad to hear of another translation.
