I had to realize and understand that my brain was not aligned up with my heart in order to take action to change and heal from my past! Also repetition, honesty, willingness, and an open mind was important for change! It takes several weeks to build a new habit, by doing it all throughout the day. My confidence comes from divine light. There is no correlation with my skills. The higher is my vibration and energy reservoir the higher is my motivation and confidence because I know Where and how to do and it's leads me on actions. It's because I vibrate on my soul energy and do not depend on what others or I think about myself because I know who I am.
to take action. u need a certain level of confidence in your self and the intended goal aimed to be achieved by that action. if i wanna go get a book from the room and i have no confidence theres a book in the room i might not make the action.

However I have been in several situation where I've taken action, not feeling super confident, thinking of the confidence will come when I arrive there or I'm doing whatever it is or I'm at the meetup event or whatever, and it's going the other way I feel completely insecure and space out and not good at all and it's the opposite of confidence with the action.
Competence leads to self belief which then leads to correct action which leads to confidence. Develop the skills or competence in your respective field and everything else follows suit. Empty vessels may sound more but don’t last long.

I think that I've found the formula for confidence. It starts with gratitude, that is a recognition of "God's" grace in your life. And honesty is faith in that grace. When you do this, you become genuinely curious. And then you are willing to do anything.
