I've always wondered why West African food hasn't really caught on in other countries. The dishes are flavourful, they're filling and the cuisine is healthy, and the ingredients aren't too expensive. Do they eat fufu in Cameroon like they do in Nigeria?

We haven’t really managed to profit from our dishes via opening restaurants.

Well its all Africa , the white man took us african Americans from west Africa spread us all over the world and then divided our land back home into different countries. But Africa is one place so of course you sound alike.
