Sir jaise ki sealen ki problem bahut aati hai, or jaise ki aapne kaha ki iska main reason nami ya pani hai, to kya hum makan ki neev or groud se lagbhag 4 feet ki hight tak brick ki jagha stone bricks use kare ya lime stone se bani brick use kare to kuch sealan ka ho sakta hai, plz updatd

Depend upon soil and building load
You have mentioned to finish stone level up to plinth beam top level. But if stone is finished upto top level of plinth beam then the plinth beam will not be covered and remain open.However i think that the plinth beam is to be covered by stone below mortar then only the plinth beam will not remain open.Kindly clarify.A.K.Sharma

Aman sir , your big supporter here , 1 question hai sir if you could answer- Tile ya pathar hum laga re hai ground floor pe to uska level dpc ke top pe khatam ho jana chahiye ? Jo mitti and pcc ki layer aayegi wo dpc se 4 inch neeche rakhni hai ? pathar to dpc ke upar hi lagega na ? ye please thoda sa bta dijiye ..
Bro ye depend hai ke Ghar ka Kon see area me stone use KR rahe hai...jaise parking area Jo ke aap ke room se 5-6" minimum down Hota hai..to Waha dpc se down KR sakte hai...but agar room ka area me stone ya tile lagana hai to ...room me Jo floor me pcc use kroge wo plinth lvl ke = rakho then stone mortar and stone

Main plinth beam ko as a dpc use me le raha hu, dpc k niche mitti ko rakha hu, uske uper bricks ka tukda daal k slab dhalwa raha hu., To ye sahi hai for dampness ya brick ko v beam se niche rakhu ???
Sir ji ager balcony 2'6" Nikla aur usi me slop slaib 1'6" Nikla hai. Aur balcony pe brick ka design hai Side me dono taraf wall bim 2'6" Diya huwa hai. To batai ki usse koi nuksaan to nahi hoga balcony slaib pe. Load ka.

Gud mrng sir,, lock down kesa chal raha apka😊..sir 1995 ka mujhe 10 decimal jagha k sath ek ghar mila hai & 1200 square feet ka ghar hai but ghar ka condition ap apni iss wali vdo pe jese dikhaye hai exat wesa hai like ghar ka only skeleton hi ready hai..
