Yes the song is named Chinchilla. Like fluff said, its a metaphore. Specifically because chinchillas are very outspoken creatures, but put up against a snake, they are helpless. This is the metaphors used to talk about a guy who talks a lot of shit, but is all bark and no bite when put up against someone who could actually beat him up. (I saw this in a comment made by the songwriter, and thought it fit my characters lol)
