In my opinion uGogo continuously blames and excuses the governments faliure to govern on whites. It is always everyone elses fault. I really do not see the DA becoming a ruling party after 2024 Elections: 1. We tend to undermine the hold the ANC still have on our people, yes there is going to be a decline in the ANC votes, however, not to the extent that it will be pushed out of power completely. 2. The ANC might only need one or two parties to create a coalition govt, should things get that bad for it. 3. The ANC has already have parties to work with should that problem occur, the EFF is desparately dying for power, and its president has praised Mashatile as someone trustworthy and who can work with the EFF(this happened whilst Mashatile got the backing of almost all the provinces for his campaign for the Deputy position). Nevermind the fact that the CIC has in the past condemned Mashatile as an untrustworthy person in the ANC. 4. The DA would need 6 or more parties to create a coalition govt. If we go by how it failed to respect its coalition partners in Joburg and Tshwane, we cannot expect that it will easily gets partners. The DA is haughty and thinks it has to control and dominate other partners. This then would not make it easy for it to have any backing as a govt. 5. We need to stop looking at race and instead choose the party that will get things done. I don't like that he kept on talking about white party this and black party that.. it causes unnecessary fear, confusion, anxiety and perceptions. We need change in 2024 and only one party has really showed that where they govern, things improve..

I don't trust Helen Zille, I wish I can trust Paul Mashatile but who knows if he is not also EU/collective west candidate. As for De Ruyter, I agreed with Mr Matshiqi that this man was the most incompetent Eskom CEO ever. The only problem in SA is that incompetence and corruption is black.

I am enjoying these discussions immensely and I am white. I learn so much about the political landscape and even whiteness as you call it. This is completely different views from what I know and I think a good analysis. WHAT IS THE SOLUTION FOR THIS COUNTRY THAT WILL WORK FOR BLACK AND WHITE??? Should we not at one point move forward and look at what is good for us as human beings, for our children black or white and do what is best for us as a nation economical. I feel at the moment we are giving to much space for outside people whether it is the original colonizers or Russia/China.
