- Following a visit to the Medically Vulnerable People (MVP) Program Facility, a program dedicated to offering interim housing and medical services to seniors, veterans, and the medically frail experiencing homelessness, Governor Spencer J. Cox urged Utahns to contribute to the Pamela Atkinson Homeless Trust Fund on their Utah state tax forms. Contributions can also conveniently be made online at jobs.utah.gov/htf.
