  • With the end of COVID-related federal funding, the Eligibility Services Division is in the process of reviewing all Medicaid cases. Due to the volume of reviews, customers can expect longer phone wait times to speak with an eligibility specialist. The good news is that customers can access all of their own case information online at jobs.utah.gov/mycase. When it is time for their case review, they will be contacted by mail, email or myCase notification.
