Literally here because I grow like them but not on the same scale yet! Lol. I have a bunch of fruit trees in pots and came to see his collection! Hahhaa
Great video! D is the only person I go to for trees. He has planted 55 coffee trees and probably 100 other types on my acre food forest in Homestead. He is the best there is.
I am planning to buy a property south of Orlando. I would love to start a fruit garden with his trees. He seems very knowledgeable about the trees like he has been doing it all his life. He is amazing.
What a great service to offer more mature trees. I'll be using your services next year(if you are available of course!) on a few properties in the Orlando area. Great job illustrating what you guys do.
One of the best videos yet , this guy really has it figured out, great trees He had a lot of great info. Would be great if you can get him back on and go into more detail on containers, potting mix, watering ,fungicides, pests. He dove into it a little bit. Makes you want to grab a trailer and take a drive down there
Pests rule vegetable and fruit gardening,/growing in mid to south Florida. people think it is the suffocating heat matched with torrential rainy season, but you can protect a certain extent from that...the perfectly colored insects, orange-tree wasps, cabbage bugs, mango bugs that arrive en masse by May right among the nasturtium companion planted with marigolds, ladybugs, you name it ...us phenomenal, hats off to the daily, meticulous growers keeping up with it and striving for organic pesticide-free produce, how they do it, I don't know.
I’m in northeast Oklahoma. I have a two year old mango. I started from seed as an experiment. I have this expression right now. 😍 over that statement about the mango tree in the 45 gallon pot. 😜😆

Wow, in Hawaii we call those dwarf yellow cocos "samoan dwarfs" and the "fiji" variety we have is a pale green. It's always interesting to see how people around the world have different names for the same fruits/plants!
The coffee bean fruit is packed with antioxidants. They used to sell it as a supplement drink called Kona Red. The fruit is definitely worth trying but does contain caffeine they say about 4-5mg per fruit but varies....far less than the coffee bean.
Freaking awesome. I have a similar operation with clumping bamboo in palm coast Florida. I’m only on .4 acres and have a couple 100 trees for sale. Lots of bamboo, palms, mangos, papaya etc
@@AustinJQueen I have 3 gallons that are fully rooted and ready to go for 50 each and 7 gallons aren’t ready yet but they’ll be 80 each in like February or March.

Im from Brasil. The mango trees there are amazing, My grandma has some big mango trees in her house It's definetly my prefered fruit. Smels and taste my sweet childwood.
I am closing on a house in Jupiter at the end of June. I’ve already reached out to him as I want him to basically do a fruit forest or grove maybe. Can’t wait until he gets it all in the ground. Will be a bigger style project.
I grew up eating breadfruit (Trecullia african and Artocarpus artilis), and now that I am of age, l really really want to plant a lots of breadfruit trees.
I wanted a Julie drafted mango, a guanabana and breadfruit. I want trees that are ready to fruit. Also I like the dwarf since I am short and I do not have a lot of land space,

Theres a huge problem with people selling non air rooted or grafted trees on the big island that sell expensive good looking citrus etc… for top dollar and all your growing is a tree. I air graft clone all my fruiting trees and youll get fruit instantly cause they are from fruiting tree stock. Look like what your selling is kinda worthless. Not worthless. They will fruit eventually. Pruning has nothing to to with it though. None fruited tree is still gonna take as much time as it needs and first fruit will be non productive. Trees from flowering tree stalk will give you fruit set first year you get them during its time. No matter what.
If you haven't ever eaten breadfruit it is amazing. You'll never buy potatoes again. I ate it all the time in the Virgin islands. South Florida can grow it. Central FL. probably not unless it's in pots. Very cold sensitive.

They are two different varieties. The dwarf Fiji is green. But the yellow variety is very rare and thus commands the higher price.
