This woman had surgery nine days ago. It would be interesting to see if it eventually failed. Unfortunately it usually does.
She send me follow up photos 1 year after which are in good condition.
Two questions:
1) What are the chances of a permanent nerve injury/dysesthesia after a mentalis muscle resuspension? Are you required to go anywhere near the mental nerve.
2) How much does a typical operation like this cost?
1) Mentalis Resuspension does not dissect widely, nor injury the mental nerve directly.
It’s very very rare to injure the mental nerve.
