This is so insightful! Thank you guys for having DR. JRICH on here. He has this way of breaking down things that just make you feel like you can take on anything you may face. Very articulate and very clear with his words. Jason’s the man🙌🏿
What a great podcast. Dr. J really puts into perspective some of the things that mentally hold most people back. You don't have to ride BMX to learn something from this!
Dude Jason is on here that's awesome one of my favorite BMX racers when I was a kid I'm from Jersey and I seen him at EHT BMX track when he rode for TNT bikes then I remember when he rode for mosh bikes
.. i honestly never want to live my life without thinking of BMX.. snowboarding is pretty cool too.. and skateboarding. the memories are for life.. i hope..
Damn good episode, boys. Was surprised to hear Jordan Peterson mentioned because dude is seriously controversial (to say the least). I didn't hear Jason say it, but listening to the way he described the psychology behind risk taking made me think a good way to sum it up is as "attention seeking behavior." I think that's the answer to the question he asked around "what do you get out of it?" We get attention. Good or bad, someone pays attention to us.
Awesome podcast! Really interesting to watch! About thise rituals to calm yourself down: I noticed Daniel Dhers rubs his hands for like 30 seconds before his runs. Coule be a way to calm down?
.. i used to get clowned on for hangin up a hammock under the stands and loungin between motos.. rest is best.. lay there breathing.. it is LIKE sleep.. i guess..
I'm doing my assessment of the psychologist. He doesn't mind dismissing what you are saying in mid sentence if he's not interested by cutting you off. I think he is narcissistic but, thinks he is smarter than you , so you won't pick up on it. That can of truth serum that he consumed was bringing out the real him and it was very revealing.
He didn’t need to consume the “truth serum” to be able to talk the way he did and present himself the way he did. He has extreme confidence stemming from a place of higher awareness, which he has achieved through many years of experience as well as living a healthy lifestyle. His upbringing is more traditional as well which has taught him principles and the true meaning of life from an early age. What Dennis and Ryan talk about are honestly just kind of a waste of time for him to be quite honest, and he just wanted to squeeze out as much as possible during this short time he got
And yes to be quite frank, he is better than most people and he absolutely has to be that way in order for him to be able to teach. He possesses god-like qualities. It’s just important that he masters being “god-like” and not god himself
Thank you having me on the show! For real… 🙏🏾

Excuse my language, I meant to say “god itself”…..
@@DylanLekhter Sounds like you should ask him for a date, both of you seem zesty to me.
like Jason mentioned, Jordan Peterson IS the GOAT
Petersons a benzo addict lying fraud who grifts off of the conservative community. Please don't spiral but this is the easily provable truth.
