    This is a healing potion . It’s the sweetest hard truth … many of the concepts explained is one level up .. This is a notch above the spirituality experience podcast as well in some ways because this is neatly applied spirituality … it has pure understanding, guided intuition, conservation of energy and conscious application of soul’s energy using the mind and body.

    Just Amazing!!
    I was eagerly expecting a bit more of Virat Kohli centred discussions, his psychology as a leader esp. in the locker room and that during the so-called rough patch he had in between. I hope for that to be brought up in the forthcoming episode.

    this person for me has been the best podcast of beerbiceps I have ever seen, if you are an intellectual with a certain amount of depth only then you will realise that ever single second of this podcast needs to be heard, so much knowledge about not just the practical aspect of game but spiritual and mental, I honestly wrote 5-6 important points of all that he said so that I could remember them and apply them to my life, such an amazing person he is, people who get to talk to him on a daily basis are really privileged.🙏

    Intuition is a big thing both in sports and entrepreneurship do players stick to gut instinct…
    Team culture or org culture as a function of sports psychology (more in depth could be helpful)
