He has worked with numerous elite athletes and teams across various sports to help them improve their performance through mental conditioning, mindfulness, and holistic wellness practices.
Today we talked about his experience in managing the Indian Cricket Team during the IPL, the toughest cricketer he has worked with, the mentality of a sportsperson, the Indian icon he has worked with, the difference in his mind 1998 vs. 2018, explaining the science behind willpower, and much more. This is a healing potion . It’s the sweetest hard truth … many of the concepts explained is one level up .. This is a notch above the spirituality experience podcast as well in some ways because this is neatly applied spirituality … it has pure understanding, guided intuition, conservation of energy and conscious application of soul’s energy using the mind and body.
My daughter who is 2 years old now. I am watching this “podcast” to be prepared and prepare her for the strong sportive mindset, if my daughter would like to be in this field in 8-9 years from now.
Hands down one of the best episodes on the channel! What a great insightful conversation that helps to navigate the minds of youngsters around the importance of a sports psychologist!

I was eagerly expecting a bit more of Virat Kohli centred discussions, his psychology as a leader esp. in the locker room and that during the so-called rough patch he had in between. I hope for that to be brought up in the forthcoming episode.
