What sucks is Haken Audio, who started the trend with the Continuum, never sold their product to a company to mainstream it so Roli jumped on the intermediate level first. If Roland could buy Haken they have the mesh fabrication to make the continuum for 1/3 of the price. And its the actual perfect xyz finger board. Roli is nice as a starter for the tech, but the king is still Haken.
Lauren Not just less force, but less friction. It allows for easier slides and glides with the most delicate of touch. No bumps as well. The instruments also respond a bit better and the latitude of playability is better. You can touch multiple points, and move simultaneously with different notes in different directions. The seaboard cant. The Seaboard was a attempt at bringing polyphonic to intermediate price points but the rubber was a turn off. I tried it in person and did not like the feel at all. The raised keys really were unnecessary. It does effect the sliding horizontally from note to note because of the resistance. The Continuum just glides and is more expressive as you apply pressure. Applying pressure to the roli is like how it feels when you press into a rubber pad. Its ok. For the price. But the Haken technology is better, and needs to be sold to a company that can mass produce it for less like Roland. Im a drummer and ever since seeing Jordan Rudess play it in 2005 i’ve wanted one or something similar. Whether its touch screen or mesh. But the Roli rubber design kinda turned me off especially for how expensive it is.

Your voice in the lower register has a warmth and thickness so unusual for the female voice. it also sets you very far apart. Its just uncanny how complete you sound. The magic of looping done well!
@bo as I agree that there should be more live acts on festivals. But you can't just replace DJs with live acts. It's not like DJs are pretending to be musicians (with some exceptions) while being worse at it, DJ just do something different. Ok so... Perfect independance (how many actions do your brain can handle at the same time??), groovy key playing, lovely and super accurate voice, nerdy advanced producing skills... Super talented (and Big worker, I Guess) --> Complete respect.
More talented in one hand than most of the artists earning millions, currently.
Like the dog popping up at 2:34. really calm he is. And like the music as well of course. Beautifull...
Why aren't you a world renowned singer? So much talent, so much control over so many musical interfaces. You really need to be discovered girl 👏👏👏
i'm one of those fans who dropped by because of andrew. Your live looping performances blew me away. I've been following a lot of live looping artists since beardyman started doing live shows, and ooooh boy your videos are the most amazing so far. Keep doing what you are doing.
I miss you neon!! Where have you been the last 3 years!?!? 😭😭😭😭
I’m a traditionally seasoned musician and I just gotta say this is on a whole other level. Bravo 👏
When RUclips recommends comes through. Wow, glad to see you are getting some of the recognition you deserve. "Sometimes the moments in-between say more than we do when we speak." So much talent, keep going. I look forward to seeing where you go.
Damn, girl. There's coordination and there's Neon Vines. If I was indeed 2 of myself I'd still have a hard time.
I died from cuteness when puppy walks in and lays down to enjoy the groove.
When a Doggo just goes and lies down next to you singing, that's when you know the sound is good 😄
You are an amazing talented artist and performer. Awesome.
you are such a great artist!!!! enjoy seeing and listening to you several times!
Thank you so much :)
@@NeonVines ♫ ♥
Where are you, artistic lady, we miss you
Where did she disappear to? So talented and pretty - haven't seen anything new from her in a few years now.
This on my playlists now and I'm must say this is going to listen to more than just a few times it seems. Thanks for this video it becomes you because your are the total package. I appreciate your gift(s). ☝
Thank you so much!
This woman's a genius. Deserves huge credit and exposure.
Astounding! Like a glimpse into a sparkling bright future. I love that the little doggo decides to sit in for the solo. lol
I like how the dog came in and laid down.. as though he was well aware of the talent before him, but pleasured to relax and listen.
That is a serious amount of talent in many respects. There must be thousands of hours of practice over the years as well as a huge amount of talent. Brilliant.
Thanx 4 sharing your beautiful music with us.You are so blessed with a unique talent and inspire us to follow and express our love for music.Words can not express what you are transporting with your music, but our open hearts can feel your deep emotion and your love for music. Regards
I have to stop by daily and get my Lay Low- Neon Vines fix. Truly gifted!
You are one of the best live looping performers I've ever seen!
Really starting to dig your songs, you ARE what today's music is, I am blown away by your talent, I am a 58 year old live sound engineer for 38 years and have small studio, I am definitely going to look into some of your equipment and purchase, keep on playing and singing girl ,even the sky is not the limit for you!
I am subscribed lady!!! Beautiful sounds!
More talent displayed in these 4 minutes than in most of the Grammy music scene!
@@CapApollo universe !! madness playing !
Absolutely!
Fuckin stunning work

That’s WONDERFUL !
That BLACK keyboard just kills meeeee,so smoooth & dont know what sound will come out next.AMazinG!!
This is a next-level artist we will soon see on the international stage ! Keep up the good work Neon
wow...21 years in electronic music... one of the best I have ever seen!!!
I m involved on music scene since early 90´s and this is one of the best life performance I ever seem. Doing all at same time, so naturally and passionated. So Cool !!!!!! Respect !!!!
This is too sick!
I can’t even tie my shoes properly and you’re over here shredding 20 different instruments. 💪🏽
holy shit. randomly got here from another search. who is this woman? I'm beyond impressed.
I never noticed your adorable dog in the shot. Clearly a fan, not surprised at all. You are amazing!
This is normally not my style of music, but all those small licks here and there and all over the place really made this interesting. And Jeebus you are busy getting your one woman band to sound just right. Hats of you. Gotta press that red button for more of this :D. Oh shout out the small doggo who came to sleep beside you.
I don't understand why anyone would dislike this. That was phenomenal!! Love your set up too!
Exactly, the ears don't lie, her flow and sound is truly awesome.
there are always trolls who dislike a video. but a like/dislike ratio of 100/1 ist like no dislike at youtube
There are always some unsatisfied ones in everything
Beats me too - what fantastic talent.
Every bit of inspiration I needed today!!!
Is this girl some kind of manager of MENSA and the highest IQ in the online music business or what?!... wow!! 💞
This absolutly incredible, I love it. Could listen to this all day long...
Thank you happy to hear that :)
I couldn't even figure out how to connect all that stuff together, much less play anything coherent on it. Very impressive!
Your little puppy dog is so sweet taking a nap in the corner while you play!
Musical genius...awesome performance keep crackin those keys
Musical genius? Keyboards and auto tune doesn't make someone a musical genius.
this is incredibly generic.
the high and mighty redditards have arrived
@@my_youtube_name7938 thank you 👏
Simply admiring the talent...if you fail to see how much talent this takes I ask you to post something worth while..
Oh daaaang, this is a jam - I could play along to this for hours.
I haven't listened to this song in a minute and it is STILL just as fucking dope as when I first heard it....seriously, you need to LEAN into this sound.
Also, convinced the pupper was trained to come in on the breakdown...that was tooooo on point lmao
Damn, this is a good track. The way it's done is a gigantic bonus.
It blows my mind how there is real talent out there like you and yet all these fake "artists" are the ones making millions. I know it's more of a passion then anything but you should be making the millions. Not people who don't write their music, play the instruments, mix, vocals. Not to mention doing all that on the fly and at the same time....
Love it , keep up the good great work. Subscribed

What are you going on about ? Why are you commenting on my comment anyway ? CRAZY is right.
I used to really admire you're awesome talent , until I saw you're interview and realized why you're so awesome . You put in so much hard work to get there , and nothing but respect to you . Aloha
Oh my, one of the most talented people on this planet
Fire!
Remix inbound? 😏😏😏
I absolutely love this track! The lyrics are fantastic and the bassline just pulls me in. As far as coordinating all the instruments, well that is just mind-boggling!
:o)
A one woman band !
Fantastic talented musician. We need more of this !
I literally thought you were just the singer and someone else was gonna be behind the production. Boy was I blow away when I found out the truth.
Hands off the best I have seen thus far on youtube, Cheers Hope you keep it up for years to come!
I like how the dog just comes and lays down and relaxes to the music. I can't play anything so that's me. Lol 😂
