Choose your battle 16:20 The parts where I agree the most is #9 and #10, based on my own experience we really can't change ourselves in 1 day, but the future of us (relationship, friendship, career, financial situation, etc) is made by the current day-to-day life, the small progress we keep on doing everyday will eventually result in a great leap/change to our own : ) Also it's a little bit pity to know Tim you almost went to Trinity College Dublin haha, that's a really nice campus and I am in the Dublin city too 😄

Hmm to be honest height is hugely dependent on your genetics (which I know you might not want to hear), I just don’t want you to buy some “get taller here pill”. I think the best you can do is have good nutrition and do exercise 😌
