Welcome to the Tesla family. My MYLR is everything. I'll never go back to an ICE car if I can help it. I use the autopilot feature heavily as I commute from Jacksonville FL to Charleston SC and back on a weekly basis. It really does take the stress out of driving and the more you use it, the more you will learn from it. Also the supercharger network is awesome along I-95.
It's not Full Self Driving yet my guy. It's FSD supervised. You are the supervisor for now. Watching RUclips videos while driving Will be normal once you don't have to supervise FSD(maybe in 2 years)...Tip once you are used to FSD: sunglasses RUclips playing on your phone placed on the wireless charging port in landscape (will not charge) enjoy your trip. Cheers congrats on your Tesla.
Lovely car. I just wish it had stalks for indicators, lights, wipers, and direction. There is no need to "innovate" what is serves its function perfectly well. It also needs ultrasonic parking sensors. Would have been a perfect every day car with those.
If I remember correctly, you can listen into any youtube video, audio only, via the YT Music app. The problem is YT Music doesn't prioritize videos unless they're strictly music or podcasts.
I have a 2024 and it is Smoother , Quieter and Quicker than any Rolls Royce that I have ever driven.... I Agree the Best Car I have Ever Driven As Well...
I’ve had my 2025 M3LR for about 2 weeks now and I love everything except the wireless charging pad which seems to be an Apple issue because of MagSafe and that horrendous camera bump and I can’t play voice notes from WhatsApp and iMessage through the car automatically. I’m always having to switch between sources to make it happen even with the phone saying that it’s connected to my Tesla which is weird. Other than that, everything is amazing! Also not fully on board with FSD either but I know it will improve over the next few months and years.
I have the iPhone 15 Pro with the Apple brand Silicon case and it charges fine in my girlfriend's Highland. Maybe your case? Does it work when you take the case off? Might be something to try to see if its the car or thickness of case.
Thanks for the video. Having owned a 2017 Mode S, AND driven every Tesla model (except the cybertruck) through the past 10 years, the new Model 3 Highland is the most comfortable and well built car they've made and possibly better than everything else on the road. My GF has your car in white/white and whenever I drive it, it freaks me out; it's so quiet it's that looking out the glass while drivig is like watching a movie with the sound down. SO quiet it's almost eerie. My buddy thinks it's superior to his '22 Model S and just traded to the LR AWD Highland configured exactly like yours, QS over black. (BTW - Tesla cannot allow you to have RUclips while driving. Not their call.). Cheers.
Hey how has it been not having charging at home. I work for a small company and we have a charger there by boss said I can use anytime I want. Also I have a super charger 5 minutes from my home. The big bonus my job, gym and shopping is 1 mile from my house. So I’m not too worried about at home charging and if I really needed to I could ask my roommate I just don’t want to run up the bill.
Been driving my M3LR 2024 for 6 months now and here are my findings: - Autopilot frequent phantom braking, very annoying and even dangerous. - Quality interior is ****: squeaks and rattles in doorpanel, driver seat and even the steering wheel itself. - Auto wipers: a joke. They'll run full speed on a bone dry windshield and do nothing with heavy rain. - Direction indicators on the wheel is a bad BAD idea. I had higher expectations...

You need nema 14-50 outlet. It basically charge faster than regular outlet but slower than the level 2
