Hi Harry - my daughter got me your book for my birthday (as I do a bit of photography & am getting into 4wd’ing). I’m not a cook at all, but unlike other barbecue etc books, your recipe’s are practical and simple and perfect for the likes of me. Love the channel as well. Might see you at the Perth Show if I can get there. Cheers, Steve
Harry, we watched this morning and then made it twice because it was so bloody awesome the first time. This is an amazing dish. We did do it on the stove top so can only imaging how good it would be on the fire. Thanks
Mmm that looks delicious, definitely gonna try this! A bit of bacon added could be good too 👍 Also, thank you for signing our books yesterday harry, was a pleasure to meet you! 👌🍻
Made it for breakfast this morning and it was great, so thanks for the recipe and the excellent video, as always. I gotta say, my favourite breakfast is your 'Smoky Bush Bagels'. I use kaiserfleisch that I cut myself, so it's thick, and add some grilled haloumi and sriracha sauce. Have that at least three times a week. Thanks again.
I made this recipe tonight for dinner. I had been craving it all week after watching your video earlier in the week. Delicious, but suuuuper filling! Might sub out the hash next time for a small serving of rice - perfect dish for breakfast or dinner!
Have been making this, served with rice rather than potato hash, for a long time and agree that it's great, esp if you can get the eggs cooked right. It might have been good to acknowledge the source of the recipe that you've taken the key ideas and ingredients from? That would be the great Kylie Kwong, who's uncle's mother was the eponymous Mrs Jang and who published the recipe in one of her popular cookbooks back in 2003.
Nice one! This is a recipe I learnt from Kylie Kwong years back and I reckon the chilli in this is the best hangover cure I have. I'd recommend including the white pepper - the way it mixed with the oyster sauce is something special. On a side note, oyster sauce isn't a femented product, but a simmered one. I'm going to have to give this one a go on the hash!
Damn thats the first recipe I actually think I could tackle with my non-existent cooking skills (also looks 100x better than the cold poached eggs i brought sammy for her bday!)
Harry, Check Aldi at Oktoberfest time, they have a hashbrowny thing in a packet that is dried potato and possibly some other veg for good measure and has a shelf life of about 2 years (too scared to see how that happens) which I buy a bunch of and keep in my dry goods box for camping trips. a fresh 'tater is probably way better but after a big night, being able to toss this in the frypan and add some bacon and eggs is a great way to recover. The addition of the fresh ingredients i am sure will give it that kick that gets the day started ! Will give that recipe a shot on the next 4WD trip (easy on the chilli to prevent frequent stops during the day ;-) ).
Definitely trying this! Always looking for GF tasty food. Do yourself a favourite Harry & get yourself some Solidteknics (not sure on spelling haha) gear. Aussie made, it will last for generations & you can use from kitchen to fire 🔥 Non stick without the crappy coated stuff that probably isn’t good for anyone anyway. Expensive but lasts forever if you look after them, love love love mine! (Similar to cast iron but no where near as heavy)
I thunk it has been 7 mins since I finished this video, and i have my own version beside me, its fantastic. I used sriracha bc the only chili I have right now are habaneros, which I love fresh at breakfast butnit was more than I wanted today. Youre right, we do gwt weird about oyster sauce, and I havebit and use it all the time, but this is such a delicious dish! Thanks for sharing
Trying to find that fine line between the white being properly cooked but the yolk being nicely runny is so tricky. I also have absolutely no idea why runny white makes me want to gag, but runny yolk is the best thing ever.
Hey Firey, good vids thank you. You should try oyster sauce with mushrooms. Mm-mmm! This is my own invention and fab contribution to "international coozine and cookin'" as Monty Python once said. My other wonderful contribution is toast with butter and marmalade with scrambled eggs stop. You're welcome!
Couldn’t remember if you used both salt & pepper & I was in a hurry this morning so I read the transcript, 😆 umm wait what? questionable Harry! Just saying 🤣
Harry, I think you need a check list before you leave home mate. First it was the pepper then the salt now the grater. Your like me, a memory like a sieve. Just say'n.
ABC Sauce is much better, why would you travel 1hr plus to by a grater just chop the shit out of it with that big mfknife you have and go through the same process 😂😂

Waking up hungover as shit to a Fire to Fork episode? Just what I bloody need, might make this in the kitchen now...
😂😂😂
Awesome... beer for breakfast and a Step One advertisement thrown in for free ... gotta love it!!
Your content is timeless mate 🙏🏼👏🏼
Mmm that looks delicious, definitely gonna try this! A bit of bacon added could be good too 👍

Just did this fantastic recipe I did put a bit of garlic and chilli under the eggs as they were cooking loved it
OMG I'm so hungry now, just watched the last three episodes. Not sure what to have for dinner... 🤔🤔😁😁
Another great video Harry...
Cheers Mark...
You're an inspiration Harry. Thanks for the new recipe.
Thanks for the early Sunday upload!
Cheers Harry, that’s next Saturday morning breakfast.
Harry this looks delish. Will have to try it. Recently purchased your book, love it. Pulled pork is the bomb.
I made this for breakfast today and it was fantastic.
Simple yet tasty. My kinda cooking!
Just made these this morning Harry, even managed to flip my wife’s egg, no runny yolks for her 😅. Delicious!
Awesome job, love the metal spatula/paintscraper in the nonstick pan, do as I say not as I do
I will definitely try this one. Looks superb 👍

Defo gonna try this next camp
This looks amazing!
Looks so good, super quick and easy to prepare too, defo going on the camping list
Such a great recipe! Can't wait to try it!

Looks amazingly simple, fast and delicious
I’m so glad you chose to edit out the footage of you “enjoying yourself” around the fire 😂 Cracking dish mate 👊
Looking forward to hearing about the pulled lamb/other supermarket stuff up at the Perth show.
Im definitely gonna try this soon! And already know it GOOD, just by the Simple Ingredients 🤗😊
Just watched this. Went and cooked it. Amazing. Asked my wife if she wanted one. Answered no thanks. Then asked where was hers.
Always the way!
Hi Harry, really enjoying your content and sense of humour. Would you mind telling me what make your awning is on your Prado?
Cheers mate, Bush Company 270xt
Step One, get some! Bloody good looking eggs too.
Awesome breakfast and channel, mate what table are you running? It looks the business
Yay for another Harry video!
New favourite! Thanks Harry & Harry’s Mum & Mrs Jang. I added Coconut Sriracha & Thai Basil too but so good with or without the extras.
Love the b-roll!
Damn thats the first recipe I actually think I could tackle with my non-existent cooking skills (also looks 100x better than the cold poached eggs i brought sammy for her bday!)
Pro country granny tip. Bake the potato before you grate it. Gets out all the moisture and is already cooked so it's easy to brown too. 🤠
That is awesome I’m going to make it this morning right now!
Thanks Harry will try it for lunch. Hope all is ok on the home front 👍👍
I make something similar, but use bacon grease to crisp the hash and cook the eggs. Mine is usually served with bacon or ham steaks.
Looks delicious. I will have to try it out.

It was great meeting you at the 4wd show on friday... shame about the "pulled pork"...... that looks tasty btw... keep up the good work Harry.
Ha Ha I love how you don't take yourself too seriously Harry.
Slightly disturbing "'B roll'' though
EXCELENTE DESAYUNO.

Just ate some Mrs Jangs + jelopenos 🌶 Still brilliant, cheers Harry 👌🍳
Looks amazing 👍

Nice! Beer for breakfast can’t go wrong.
It’s all up hill from here 😂
I’ve done them with more oil and breaking the yoke .... heaven 👍
Gotta try this 1! Also how good are step ones!
My favourite breakfast also includes a beer 🤣👌
Very appropriate music for the display.
Can I ask the details please?
Noice..... I’ll be trying that one
Just curious H. How would you make that vegan ?.As you mentioned could be done.
Sorry, as I mentioned on the note on the screen, that was a brain fart, I forgot about the eggs!
I nearly took a bite of my phone
Good to see the StepOne’s there mate, shame there was no mothers milk this time but I’m sure you won’t forget again 😉
Looks good. I would have fried the chilli and stuff into it.
Looks good Harry. What's the best type of potato or doesn't it matter?
Red spuds mate, but doesn’t really matter
Fire to Fork Thanks Harry
thnx
What brand is the grill?
Need to get step one to sponsor you now bro 🤣
"Gratuitous B Roll". So he shows his arse! Also is he sponsored by Colonial Beer? I'm fairly new to this channel.
Next time try it with Kecap Manis 👌🏼😋
Hell yes chilli for breaky
If it’s being eaten for breakfast, is an IPA still an essential ingredient?
Sorry to bother you Harry, but what are the specifications of your Prados rims. They look great, thanks
Method 703, 17x8.5 zero offset
@@firetofork thanks
Rumny yolk is fine but I'm not so keen on runny white which is how Dorothy eats eggs. Half boiled with soy sauce and white pepper mixed in.
Trying to find that fine line between the white being properly cooked but the yolk being nicely runny is so tricky.
I also have absolutely no idea why runny white makes me want to gag, but runny yolk is the best thing ever.
@@KarlEller Runny white is just a bit too similar to mucus from the nose during the flu I think :)
Fred's Bed ;) was that under the Table you made ages ago?
I thought the same thing as soon as I saw it!
ABC sauce is just as good 👍
What a great video with a super delicious plate!! Now all you need to do is learn how to properly eat from a fork.
Step one family plumber Harry 😃
@7:40 Looks like Harry got up at the crack of dawn to make this video
Oh my god (I’m an atheist) get in my mouth 🤤 you nailed it 👏 🍻
Oyster sauce can go on breakfast? 🤯
no new camera rig setup?
This was filmed with the new setup, but I used a tripod not an overhead rig. No GoPros, just A7s

Toast with butter and marmalade with scrambled eggs on top(?)... that sounds.. interesting and delicious.
Whelp, I know what I'm cooking for lunch today!
I like Asian, i like Sweet, i like Spicy and i like Harry. Win?
Couldn’t remember if you used both salt & pepper & I was in a hurry this morning so I read the transcript, 😆 umm wait what? questionable Harry! Just saying 🤣
gold ,,, gonna give it a bash . salivating watching you sink your chompers into it (that didn't sound right , but i'm sure you get the gist)
1.30 dog just looks wtf are you just pissing on the floor !!
Get a beautiful piece of hardwood on your travels and make a spatula from that. It's great until you accidentally throw it in the fire 🔥!
😎👍
How dare you not say mother’s milk
👍👍👍👍

Stop it, he'll forget his brain next 😂
More than a few sleepless nights & trying to do everything with a newborn will do that to you...just saying.
@@Feebeeee you're a legend 🙏
Thumbs down are from those who are offended by plumber style.

Yummy 😋 You tube Video Looking

Vegan, aside from the eggs of course...
No garlic..........WTF ??
you lost me at runny egg.... smash/cook those yolks and it would be great in a wrap...
