People don't realise how scary this team was.
In hindsight, they massively underachieved during the 3 years from 1999-2001 given their domination. Could have had 3 premierships like Brisbane.
Anshul Dayal just shows how hard premierships are to win. Funny that brisbane won 3 without finishing on top of the ladder.
Should've had 3 premierships like Brisbane*. 1999 they choked in the Prelim, in 2001 they were just beaten by the better side on the day.
Port should have had 3 flags between 2001 and 2005 also. Got to give credit to the Lions for holding strong when it counts.
