Thank you for explaining more about how nerves and muscles work. I have Multiple Sclerosis. No pain, just things not working. You give me hope that I might get things functioning again. I know it takes time and work.
I found your explanations very clear and easy to understand and will be trying them for the symptoms I have. Thanks for taking the time to help people.
Helpful, my pain was due to moving some stuff and using my leg as support, heard a weird noise and feeling from outer knee, I’m sore and walking and stepping gingerly. I will try the stretching and continue to ice it with a compress. I have a few days to baby it before returning to work.
When you say pain, does that mean burning. My pain below my knee is more like a burning pain.It started after I sprinted just a few seconds. My ankle started hurting for a day. My ankle pain went away, but now I have a burning sensation. Not everyday, but enough to notice. If it occurs in the evening, I go to sleep & it's gone in the morning. No pain when walking. Just comes on randomly.
"Burning" is a common descriptor of nerve pain. So some of the tips in the video may help. It would also be a good idea to get it checked out in person though.

My pain is above knee on right side, I have RA, do you recommend these exercises? It is more of a burning pain instead of stabbing pain. Thanks

My right outer knee (below knee) hurts since I fell on my knee. So the cause is trauma. Can I do the first exercise?
Any time you have a traumatic injury, it's a good idea to get it examined in person to find out if you've seriously injured something.
