Not only do tarantula hawks prey on tarantulas but they are also a parasitic wasp. They will paralize a tarantula to lay their eggs in them, which will hatch and eat the tarantula alive Which leads to the fan theory of the horrible fate befalling a courier that falls from a cazadores venom..
Oh, I didn't know that part. I am now even more creeped out by them. That fate is definitely in keeping with the themes of Fallout though, like the bloodworms inside dead brahmin in Nuka World.
Interesting video! Makes me wonder why they call it poison in FO: NV. It's clearly venom and not a poison. How do people stealth by enemies while in caution? I am only in caution for like a second before its danger. Even when I have a fully upgraded stealth suit and max perks on stealth and no gun out or light on.
It depends on the enemies. Cazadors and deathclaws are highly perceptive. Your sneak skill is a big factor, but armor weight and running instead of walking play a part too. The blind deathclaws are even better at finding you than the normal ones. If in doubt, use a stealth boy.
i thoroughly enjoyed this. i think couriers of all walks of life have shared horrific memories of cazadores.
I think so. I remember my first encounter with them, and meeting a deathclaw in 3 at level 2 😅
The Deathclaw at Primm Pass and the group of Cazadors near Goodsprings are arguably the two biggest jump scares in New Vegas for beginners.
Absolutely. A real example of when curiosity killed the cat.

The absolute worst monster in Fallout.
Absolutely!
I cant wait to hear about stingwings! A very underrated insect in the fallout universe. Awesome video! 👌
I've learned a lot from researching for these videos, so I hope to do them justice!
@@emithecatlady thanks to your video, I did some research and discovered that tarantula hawks live in my home state of TX 🥲 help
Lily is the exterminator. 2 hits, rinse and repeat. Ed-d helps more and dies less.
Lily is great, I agree.

Are you Irish or Scottish, just curious
I'm Scottish, and still live in Scotland.
