Another time this weird guy came to my house at approximately 10:00pm and when my Dad answered the guy, he said “Good morning”
Hahaha me, one time I was leaving the dog park with my dog and this guy had our dog toy, so he was bringing it back to us and was like... is this yours... and I was going to say “yes, but you can have it” but instead I just looked directly at the dude and said, “nope”

Just the other day, a storeclerk clicked his tongue because I asked a bunch of questions and it made me feel so bad, like I wronged him

As someone who has worked in retail, I can tell you that asking us for help gives us a chance to take a 5-minute break from whatever we were doing without being yelled at by our bosses for slacking off, and those little interactions make us feel appreciated.

@@mullerghost7208 depends. We got a 15-minute break every 4 hours, and our lunch break also depended on how long our shift was (30-minute lunch for 7-hour shift, 1-hour lunch for a 8-12-hour shift, no lunch break for a 6-hour-or -shorter shift)
