The frog isn’t the only enemy with specific mechanics. You can flippendo a troll’s club into its face. You can disarm an executioner to make them shock themselves or arresto momentum to make their lighting become a stage hazard. If you use decendo on the big spiders when they rear up, they get their head stuck in the ground. Reading the enemy entries in the collection has a lot of these things.
I knew a few things but definitely not all, especially the arresto momentum stuff. I had an inkling about levioso, but hadn't used it to such a degree. Definitely got much to practice. Man such a versatile combat system.
I want to try jumping on a box then levitating it again to see if I can fly with it. I managed to get one object stuck in permanent levitate by accidentally putting it on a puzzle in a crypt it wouldn't come down even if I moved it.
I would love to be able to cast spells on the students and other npcs. It could even be harmless spells like levitating them, summoning them, freezing, etc. We would not even need to be able to hurt or damage them. It would be an easy mechanic to add considering it’s already in use on most animals.
Tried the arresto momentum on the dandelion keys. Caused the game to "hang" for a minute after i slap the key in. Was playing on PC... Or you can just change to story mode and the key moves much slower. Same for beast capturing and auto solving locks in story mode.
Lol.. I actually found a way to fall through the map in a specific quest. It was actually a long way down. The world above, and oblivion below. Made me fail the quest too. So I had to restart it. But as I was falling into oblivion, there wasn't anything else to do but take a screenshot. 🤣 So I did.

you have been alot on youtube to know that ;)
@Don Karnage No.. Just play lol.
If you use Levioso on the digging spiders as they dig it rips them in half
@@donkarnage6986 Deluxe edition gets to play 72hrs early. I've had time playing
They brought flippendo back? Wild that wasn’t a spell outside of the original games lol not in the books or movies
These tips are great! I never would have tried the melee finisher on frozen or slowed enemies.
Way to think outside the box.
Quality upload 👍
Way to think IN the box!
@@BoomstickGaming does expeliarmus disarm trolls?

This was super creative! I especially liked the part where you played with your food. Hope to see more Hogwarts content from you soon!

I’ve just been eating. Let me start playing with my food 🤣

Linking mechanics is what next gen games should be about. Spontaneity and fun.
Excellent, thanks!
I'm curious, do you have camera relative targeting on (the default) or off?
Default.
@@BoomstickGaming Gotcha. Thanks!

That is SOOO COOLLLL awesome!
got any tips on fighting groups of enemies?
Great tips,
How do u hop on your broom without holding L1 and waiting for the menu to press O?
You can do it before the screen loads. Press L1 then instantly press O.
Is there anyway to quick select the broom?
Pressing block to block is prolly the most difficult task elden ring player can do... overwriting their muscle memory to roll from attacks.
The thing is I never use block in this game. I always time it so that it is a parry.

Great job
2:25 glacius freezes some creature’s entirely. Makes it even easier
Thank you for being a professional and covering this game🤙
I'm missing five side quests and I cannot find them at all, it's super frustrating 😤
Oh my god I wish I knew the key cabinet trick

We are better than Tom Riddle LOL
Looks boring killing them with a box when you have awesome spells to use.
@@SokiHime Bruh. What is wrong with you?

@@SokiHime What a waste of an insult. You disappoint me, man.
But... box.
The problem is that most spells do pathetic damage compared to box..
Play on hard. Non of these are useful lol. Besides the dugbog
All this is on hard.
Alex hasn’t played a game on normal in like 15 years…truth
