    Hello! I want to thank you for helping us (the students ) . We appreciate you're efforts . May Allah bless Y.
    I have only an observation which is that the names must always be written with capital letters (in the first letter of the name ) .
    Thanks again ! You're doing a great job, keep the same energy !✊

    • @HM-English
      @HM-English  3 года назад

      You are mostly welcome. What you see is that program I use doesn't support capital letters when it comes to project medias. This is why you can't see capital letters sometimes, for the algorithms take them as codes.

      Also pay attention to "your" and "you're", for you're means you are.

    Are there reason behind the beginnings of modern linguistics in europe?

    • @HM-English
      @HM-English  4 года назад

      It s not exactly reasons but it was a man a teacher of comparative grammar at the time called Ferdinand de Saussure, who criticised "comparative grammar"
      Years after his death his two students published his notes and apparently he revolutionized the field.
      He used the scientific method and it was accepted and the world shifted to modern Linguistics
      The main reason might be the fact that science thrived in all disciplines
      So why not Linguistics.

    Can u explain why language should be studied as a structure 😊

    • @HM-English
      @HM-English  4 года назад +1

      Langauge consists of parts; words in general or verbs, nouns, adjectives, and adverbs.
      these are combined according to specific rules in order to form meaning. (a structure)
