Time to call Liam Neeson!
Amy Kinder 😂
and maybe Liam Neeson Ft. John Wick for a better future..
Good one!
Amy Kinder I
🤣🤣
background music is fantastic
Time of the season by Zombies
Looks great! Michelle Williams seems amazing as usual. But Mark Wahlberg... eh. He's like Tom Cruise in that every single film, he's just himself.
tom cruise is on another level, a better one.
Elektra Nachos Matt Damon would have been a far better choice he is so versatile
The Punisher 2017
==>> plus.google.com/u/1/communities/100112428453483438541
Elektra Nachos
He's so unbearable! I can't understand why he is successful...
Elektra Nachos 5
Should ve been called, "Saving Rotschild's Bastard"
Yusron Fuadi I'm wondering if this is supposed to be based off the Rothschilds
No this really happened
Paul J. Getty. as in the Getty Museum.
Wonderwall JP Getty was a real person and this event really happened. I think he didn't want to pay immediately because it would turn all his other grandchildren into targets. That's why countries generally don't negotiate with terrorists.
Horatio Huskisson true
Bruh Africans never get credit. Mansa Munsa was without question the richest man in history.
Shannon or Dickens Getty isn't even in the top ten, I don't know why they said he was the richest ever.
Mansa Musa is literally credited everywhere as the richest man, your quick google search doesnt make you woke, it's also different being rich with tens of thousands of slaves in 800 years ago
Alex McCalmont thats what makes the statement in the trailer so ridiculous. The fact that it's such a well known thing that Mansa Musa was the richest person of all time. Forbes did a big article about it a few years back. There have been tv specials on the history special about his immense wealth from his gold mines. Getty was very rich but he was no where near the richest. He wasn't even the richest of his own time period. He was just an evil old douchebag
candleblaise White. Washing. Go ahead and deny it though.
The Thiccest Widowmaker why would I deny it?
I just saw the trailer without seeing the actual video I clicked on, thanks ads
>richest man in the history of the world
Who is Mansa Musa? I think he meant history of America.
Could be.
Not only Mansa Musa, but I think Pablo Escobar had mor emoney than Getty.
Musa was worth 400 Billion, rothschilds 500-700 trillion
Clinton James *500-700 billion
I thought the Rockerfellars where the richest family in America
While i don't think i'm gonna watch this film, that was some sick remix of time of the season
I didn't even know that was M. Williams until the credits rolled. What an actress.
Mansa Musa : Am I a joke to you !!?
I was thinking the same thing.
I feel like Mark Wahlberg really cheapens this movie. Anyone else wouldve been a better choice.
OneMorePizza~100% agreed. He's not a good actor at all.
Not sure, he's great in the departed. And for what you can see in the trailer, he isn't suposed to be a likable character. Just hopeful thinking
Terrie Smith totally true, "not a great actor at all" I guess he got to where he is today by being a shitty one?
Agreed
I think Wahlberg adds to it. He's really a pretty good actor and he has a knack for picking good movies.
Keep doing this kind of movies, Ridley, and give the Alien franchise to Neill, man.
mr getty mr getty = spaghetti
spaghetti = mom = mom's spaghetti
😂
Rothchild interviwe
Well, at least Ridley Scott's REALLY GOOD cinematography is here, RIGHT? RIGHT!!!!!???
Jakethedog3275 right
Does Ridley suck or something? I don’t get the sarcasm I’m sorry :(
jellibeannn it just seems he’s losing his touch after Alien Covenant
Jakethedog3275 You mean leading up to Covenant, right? Because that was technically his latest film, and he made Exodus and Prometheus and The Consultant prior, all of which were... mixed. lol
Rich children today surely have GPS chips embedded in them so they can be easily found.
Dude shut up , you're giving them rich dumb kids , ideas😂
Am I the only one who heard them say "Miss Spaghetti"
Claud Whissery Well the background song is from someone who made moms spaghetti popular
That music clip at the end, legendary!!
I see Ridley Scott in the title and I immediately click on the link.
My jaw dropped when he said nothing
Hermione L. I knew he will say nothing I would do the same
the remix of Time of the Season alone is killer! This movie looks amazing!!
I hope we will see this version with Kevin Spacey some day. They are doing reshoots with a different actor
I've never realized that Mark Wahlberg has such an amazing voice, even calming. I don't understand the hate he's getting in the comments, he is a great actor. And yes, he has a past and so does everyone else. Get over it.
He got. Better by going to school
If you are looking for ransom I can tell you I don't have money, but what I do have are a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you let my daughter go now that'll be the end of it. -Liam Neeson
I wish 2 GOD I had a father like him.
Time for a reshoot!
I don't know anything but Ridley is a very great director. He has a very deep understanding of cinema and human behavior
You guys should call the guy with a particular set of skills he's good at these type of things
The trailer is very catchy! I would love to watch this!
Please, please can we get Michelle Williams an Oscar already?
Janay Kingsberry That's because it's from the 70's when people were creative, instead of copycats.
Next movie to watch out for! Going in my list.
J Paul Getty wasn't the richest man in the world. He wasn't even close to being as wealthy as Pablo Escobar at the time.
Lissy London I thought its about the Rothschilds because they're the richest family in the history of the world and still is now.
Marieanne 159 mansa musa was the richest person in human history.
Eh I imagine it's hard to get into the record books when pretty much all of your money is unreported.
candleblaise just imagine if the President of the USA is a dictator warlord
Getty and others not only had the money in the bank, but all that is in the ground, to refine whenever they wanted. They also had ownership of billions in equipment, business, stocks ...etc etc. liquid money maybe not the richest, but worth the most, yep no doubt. They could cripple by just deciding to slow down the oil, or cars being made, electricity flowing. They chose how rich to be by controlling everything around them, and could pull more money anytime they wanted in many different ways. You ask ten different economics professors and you could get 10 different answers from ancient rulers to today’s multi billionaires. The money was available when ever they wanted with no cap except for Escobar and other tyrants (took it too far, causing downfall eventually).
Michelle Williams never disappoints.
...and the role of Kevin Spacey will be played by Christopher Plummer.
“With Kevin Spacey” lol
I haven't heard this song in forever!
mark whalberg is everywhere--- 3-4 films a year and top paying actor in the world---never think he will be in top of hollywood once---
Michelle Williams in this looks AMAZING!
Music is : The Zombies - Time Of The Season
Me: wow this is some gorgeous cinematography!
*Ridley Scott*
Oh ok.
This film had the potential to be amazing... now with the Spacey situation being what it is... I feel like this film is not going to be promoted in a way that does it justice.
Great music 👍🏻
My favourite actors, must see
I hope the controversy with Kevin Spacey doesn't affect this film
I'm not going to try and pretend that I know a lot about this particular incident, but understand the views from both sides to an extent. The moral dilemma of not paying the ransom/the unfortunate precedent it sets. The only thing that I did want to add that I had not seen in the comments already is a bit of insight on the fabulously wealthy. I myself/family are not, but working in the financial planning for wealthy families business, and my father having several long standing relationships with insanely wealthy people - I believe that I have a bit of understanding. First generation rich people are usually the most down to earth and compassionate, as they worked incredibly hard to attain their wealth, and typically started from humble beginnings. Second generation rich people are moderately humble, as they typically watched the family fortune be made, or at least witnessed the progress of it in their life. Third generation rich people are where things tend to go awry. Third generation people and onward are usually the entitled, obnoxious, grander-than-thou, dis-compassionate jerks that most people hate. They are the most removed from any sort of normalcy - and their behavior shows it. Not to say that all third generation people are bad, just that it is the time that people usually become detached from 'regular' people. It makes sense, they have to question whether people are friends with them for their money or status, and adds a level of paranoia that is completely reasonable. To bring this all back to the movie, I do not know whether or not the grandfather was simply greedy, or if he cut his family off for practical reasons. Sometimes the best treatment is tough love, and by not giving them access to unearned wealth, they might be able to find purpose for themselves. I know this comment is several years after the movie, but since I saw it in recommended, I figured more people would see this. I'm happy to answer any questions, and am more than willing to have a polite debate if you disagree with any of my personal views.
If the antagonists heard him say "Nothing." as in "I wouldn't pay so much as one cent, let alone $17,000,000, to save the life and ensure the safe return of my grandson," then I wonder what logical thing their leader would do in response to such an awkward situation?
Kevin Lane kill him
I wonder if they'll ever release the version with spacey in some form purely for comparison
Goodbye Kevin Spacey, hello Christopher Plummer.
Wow, we'll now that they've dropped Kevin spacey, they have to reshoot every scene before November.
Finally found the background song..
The Zombies - Time Of The Season
"Nothing"
Evil has a face people.
0:22 there’s the URBE Airport in Rome!!! My flight school airport
Christopher Plummer is now playing Mr. Getty, not Spacey
I have seen this story in an episode of American Crime Story.
Shame about Kevin Spacey, apparently now they're re shooting the film with Kevin Spacey's parts cut out..
one line. nay, one word. and he still was the star of this trailer.
Nice Gigi Gorgeous looks like you chose a real winning family to snuggle up to
This movie looks so good with the exception of Mark Wahlberg. I don't want to give him any more money so I'll probably wait until I can watch this for free. Love Kevin Spacey though, him alone is making this a difficult decision.
It will be shockingly good !!
Season premier nailed it!
That just could've been the smartest thing he did , can't be the only one who feels like they know the whole plot now?
That was a strong “Nothing”...Can’t wait the film.
Reporter: how much would you pay if it wasn't for 17 million dollars
Mr Getty: nothing
SAVAGEEEE
I love the remix of this song
omg last week I read in class a text about the getty family for an exercise, and now this popped up in my timeline. i didnt know the fbi saw my classes
Kevin Spacey isn't in the actual movie though ?
I love that song
The conjuring song on the intro 👌🏽
What will they do about it now... I mean with Kevin Spacey and all
I like how I got an ad on this ad
It kinda freak me out how the trailer is brighter than the actual movie
god damn Gigi got lucky af
Great trailer
Saw it such a great and sad movie
Was thinking this wouldn’t get released now due to the allegations against Kevin Spacey. Turns out they just announced this the role will be reshot with Christopher Plummer.
Hmm looks interesting
one of the few trailers that doesn't spoil the whole movie
marky mark in every dem movie these days
Millenials: opens Google searches Getty posts on Facebook
That's how they should make trailers. Instead of spoiling everything.
what the song after he say " noting " ???
the movie nobody asked for
SuperKane5 LMFAO THIS IS THE BEST THING IVE READ ALL WEEK
>Implying somebody asked for sharknado
@SuperKane5 I don't know about others, but nobody really asked for star wars.
LITERALLY!!!
Mr Getty owns Getty Images
Kevin spacey as j. Paul Getty hahahaba funny
Kevin
I thought they had to reshoot this movie because of Kevin spacey's alleged sexual deviance.
They did!
They did and it ruined the movie. No Kevin no hit
Why is he still in the credits then ?
@@KA-ky9nb because Kevin is the king
@@coleweston6740 that I do agree with

What's the name of the song in background?
Is GIGI Gorgeous in this movie?
K SIN omg I was JUST thinking the same thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They should update the trailer considering Spacey isn’t in the movie anymore
Didn't they reshoot this without Spacey?
Kevin Spacey, are you serious??
wierd to see kevin spacy in the trailer after ive seen the movie
I literally kept thinking he said "to be a gay" in the intro, but it was Getty?
What’s the song that’s playing
Whats the name of the soundtrack? ?
whats the song???
I swear to fucking god - if Michelle doesn’t get her well deserved fucking Oscar..I’m going to loose my shit.
