Sad reality is your not in shape and it's caused you your injuries your not dedicated enough to be injured free , every year it happens and it makes it hard to improve your game. Get in shape and you won't get injured as often

Yeah no surprise people have their parents helping them out. I knew a bunch of guys that played a few games in this after college. League is a total gongshow. Teams fold up at a moment’s notice. There used to be a team on Cape Cod (MA) and it was like 12 guys to a house. I’ll never understand why they practice every day in this league. They should just do the lacrosse model and just play on weekends so guys could actually work. Then again everyone I knew that ever went into this league just didn’t want to join the real world. Live the junior hockey lifestyle til you’re 30 I guess.
