I am quite young as I am 14 years old. I embarked my journey with bodybuilding to start with, after doing it for 2 years, brutal amounts of push ups, a 1000 push up day, 45 push ups in a row, 10 CLEAN pull ups in a row, I realized I didn't get that strong. Most men in my class win over me in arm wrestling, would win in fights, weigh more, have martial arts experience, yet I am building my body with no fighting experience. I realized it was all for naught if I couldn't fight at all. Therefore I decided to start learning boxing and Muy thai at some point to work on my kicks, as they are lethal and complement my Zeus shaped calves. Thank you for being a step in my journey. I have visions of fighting someone in the near future, so I am scared and will put everything into learning to fight from this day on. This may sound cliche, but I just started getting into boxing at 30 because I finally saw the Rocky series and started watching Hajime No Ippo. I’ve always loved the idea of two people getting into a ring, beef or no beef, and just seeing who was better. Testing themselves. I guess I’ve watched too much anime lol. I've always wanted to get into fighting sports, my dad used to teach me and my 2 older sisters self defense once I turned 10 and from there I started getting into learning basic skills in self defense and tactics while also keeping up with good grades in school and helping around the house
I'm currently doing my best to know everything you need to know about boxing becasue my brother is being bullied and he says he doesnt have the power to hurt someone. I told him " you do, they just going to feel how hard you'll hit for them to realise and they'll stop the bullying."

This is my second month in Kickboxing ... i hope it gets easier by time and exercising 🙏🏻
I am just gonna start now I think this will be my first time getting serious about boxing, thanks from Pakistan
This video is where my boxing journey has just started. I used to do Karate when I was a kid. Been keeping some of the moves calibrated through my life & a few times it got me out of a few sticky situations. I don't want to be in a competition fight but it looks like a fun thing to learn.
Theres so many great ways to use these drills! Different for everyone!!
I'm not interested in fighting in a ring (I'm 61 years old now) but love the idea of the training so I've subscribed and will be watching your future videos!!!!
Took my little brother’s advice on shadow boxing, found this video and I enjoyed it!!✨👏🏼
34, I took a few classes here and there. Love the idea of boxing. Just to lazy to dedicate time, money, and motivation to do it. Maybe doing this in the mornings, something might change.
Have decided to boxing training for my mental and physical health and I have just gone through the first drill working out the movements/techniques and goddamn what a workout! haha I should be feeling fit in no time!
Thanks for the great tutorial video
Came for the exercise and content
Stayed because of coach’s PJ styles and motivational voice.
His voice is definitely a blessing!

I did this and sweat profusely. I incorporated jump rope as warmup. Great video to learn the basics of boxing
My boxing journey: training with my cousin at home for 45 mins. Already addicted to it and im here
I've always wanted to get into fighting sports, my dad used to teach me and my 2 older sisters self defense once I turned 10 and from there I started getting into learning basic skills in self defense and tactics while also keeping up with good grades in school and helping around the house
I'm currently doing my best to know everything you need to know about boxing becasue my brother is being bullied and he says he doesnt have the power to hurt someone. I told him " you do, they just going to feel how hard you'll hit for them to realise and they'll stop the bullying."
He actually made home workouts accessible...? Where has this been all my lifeeee
On the internet
I'm going to this routine for the next 30 days.
