May I ask where did you book the ticket to the cave with shuttle service? I’m checking Eisrisenwelt website right now and they only have the combination ticket (Cave tour + Cable car)
I believe once you have booked cave tour with cable car, it should give you an o[tion. If not, the ticket purchase is available in the bus itself. The driver can sell it to you too.
