As you are a contractor based really depends on your performance if you work really good they can give you permanent job And for switching yes u can switch, you have to learn few coding language practice on it have some internship experiences freelancing projects then u can be a software eng
But sometimes some companies have criteria that they will only hire btech degree holders still yoi can strt with some startup companies which provide job on bases of knowledge and not degree

Hi shanmuka, I have left GL didn’t liked the work culture over there they don’t have proper projects, regarding offer letter I can’t say anything market situations are very bad right now can’t say much on it, will recommend you to work on your skill’s and be prepared for all the situations and not only depend on one single offer letter

Hi sanjay, I am not sure, they must have shared the roles and responsibilities with you check there if in that it includes IT role and knowledge then you can expect But according to my experience they are not clear with the work even i was a react developer and they were assigning some non tech jobs to me becoz of which i left the company and there are many people who are there in global logic who are not at all happy with the work company gives then in my opinion i would not suggest you to join GL for any role baki at last its your choice

Once u get the confirmation from HR within week you should get the offer letter
