I'm currently using 522 Frag/528 Fractured Heart. It simmed higher for me than the 522 Frag/ 522 Tome combo. Is it just simbait? I feel like Tome is a must have for Arcane. Also have a 528 Ashes but it simmed lower than 522 Frag. Really don't like the 3 minute cd though gg Blizz :(
I stopped simming for m+ once I got close to bis. The dps difference is negligible and what it matters the most is how you intend play the dungeon segments. I find way easier to align things with Ashes than with Fragement. I'm also playing ashes+vers OCE on higher keys (nelth 16 for example).
do you think diverted energy is a waste of talent points? i think i checked recently and it was 1.2m healing through an entire dungeon, not sure that doesnt seem like much, maybe more from the ice block heal you think?
Not a waste but I think it ends up doing a lot of overhealing/useless healing. I prefer tempest barrier (with shimmer) or reduplication for very high keys where you want that 20% damage reduction to happen asap
