I've been playing WoW since 2010, mostly on private servers, from WoTLK to MoP. Recently came back to play with friends on retail. Interested in mythic raids, M+ and PvP. Main classes are mage, druid and shaman.

Great video! You honestly have the most user friendly looking weak auras, not cluttered at all , so I am absolutely looking forward to a video on what you use so i can use it myself!

@@Azkarus-WoW because you want to see your damage? First person I ever saw that doesn't display damage, odd but whatever floats your boat! Good vid.
@@Ep0xy I mean, it's just numbers on the screen. On very big pulls they can be distracting and occluding importart stuff. Much more useful to hide and check details for damage imo. Thanks!
can you tell us UI addons please? black borders, chat & party fonts etc.
Bartender / Prat / Masque Caith / HealthBarColor /RaidFrameSettings / Plater / OmniCC and ofc WA. Any font is in Accidental Presidency. Any texture is a "Skullflower" texture. Polished UI coming in tww with a dedicated video

@@Azkarus-WoW My issue was sometimes I just pop off with damage but if i mess up my rotation just once and do nothing what so ever and its horrible :L
@@Calybara The more you play arcane the more rewarding it gets. You will get used to not throw cds, or to recover if you do and adapt to the dungeon timings

@@Azkarus-WoW Indeed, moments like this are to do keys for ;) Also, good luck doing keys this week, you'll gonna need it! 11 our of 11 keys failed miserably on below 10 minute mark:D fortify-bolster-my-ass.

I'm currently using 522 Frag/528 Fractured Heart. It simmed higher for me than the 522 Frag/ 522 Tome combo. Is it just simbait? I feel like Tome is a must have for Arcane. Also have a 528 Ashes but it simmed lower than 522 Frag. Really don't like the 3 minute cd though gg Blizz :(
I stopped simming for m+ once I got close to bis. The dps difference is negligible and what it matters the most is how you intend play the dungeon segments. I find way easier to align things with Ashes than with Fragement. I'm also playing ashes+vers OCE on higher keys (nelth 16 for example).
do you think diverted energy is a waste of talent points? i think i checked recently and it was 1.2m healing through an entire dungeon, not sure that doesnt seem like much, maybe more from the ice block heal you think?
Not a waste but I think it ends up doing a lot of overhealing/useless healing. I prefer tempest barrier (with shimmer) or reduplication for very high keys where you want that 20% damage reduction to happen asap
@@Azkarus-WoW yeah my details showed 92% overhealing for diverted energy
how do you line up the damage buff on the second boss easier? what do i need to look out for? i normally just rip my cooldowns and sometimes it lines up and other times im like 5 seconds too early.
I would say pre-evocate when the 3rd ball is about to get dropped, you don't need to precise there. Then, after the ball is thrown you lust and send. The spark+tempest+barrage+totm sequence will fill the time gap of the ball flying where the boss buff is not actually on yet. You wanna have the totm line up with the boss buff application.

I like your elvui, can you also share other addons and weak auras? Maybe make a video with them?
Hey, thanks. I'm not using elvui actually. Main addons are HealthBarColor / RaidFrameSettings / Bartender / Prat / Plater. I'm using accidental presidency as font for almost everything and skullflower as textures. The core WAs are a modified version of Afenar pack. I may be making a video on UI specifically once the next expansion drops, since I'm probably going to revamp/redefine some elements even more.
